Maui condo

Stayed for a long weekend. Location was great. Many beach toys provided. Used pool which was nice and convenient. Unit was clean and was nicely furnished.

Flip flops, whales, afternoon breezes

My husband and 2 college aged kids stayed here for 5 days after Christmas. We loved the condo. It is clean, nice mattresses, good tv, a closet full of boogie boards, etc. One or all of us walked into Kihei every morning for coffees or acai bowls. We spent many hours at the beach across the street and late afternoons cooled off in the pool and the shade. We cooked breakfast and made lunches in the condo kitchen and tried food carts and restaurants at night. We rented pickleball paddles and played in the condo courts - super fun. It is a very active and also quiet place to stay - no loud noises at night. Guests were respectful of propery and one another. We will visit again!

Great place to stay

This place really is fantastic. Neat and clean. Great location, with a beautiful beach literally just across the street. The lanai (patio) closet is well stocked with all the beach goodies you need to enjoy your time. The swimming pool is a bit small and the water is a bit cold. But if all you want is a cool dip, then it works. Honestly, you'll be spending all your time at the wonderful nearby beach anyways. :) There's lots of food options that are a short walk and/or drive away.

This property is well-located just in front of Kamaole 3. The parking is easy and abundant. But for the amount we paid, several things felt lacking. The dishwasher was yellow and smelly. The bathroom towels smelled moldy, and the bathmats were stained. The shampoo and toilet paper was not enough for the # of guests. Beds and pillows felt super cheap, way too soft. The kettle was rusted inside, and there was no electric kettle. The dishwasher detergent tabs were moldy, yellow and had a spoiled smell. They did, however, replace them upon request, and the lady who brought them was very kind and lovely.

Amazing Family Vacation!

This beach condo was perfect for our family vacation. Exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location is amazing. Even though you can walk to the other Kamaole beaches, Kamaole beuach III was the one my kids loved to hang at. They even had lifeguards at their beaches which was nice. The swimming pool and grounds are very well kept. If you’re looking for a condo close to the beach then I wouldn’t hesitate to book this one. We loved it.

We love this place

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole many times for its beautiful grounds and location. Our condo this year was everything we expected. Slept 4 very comfortably, had an excellent washer/dryer that held large loads. It was stocked with lots of good quality beach towels. The beach chairs however are showing some wear and tear, but this is minor. The view on the lanai was perfect for whale watching and looking at the volcano.

Great location, condo and property

A very clean condo with easy beach access to Kameole Beach Park III, which is directly across the street. The condo overlooks the lower pool and BBQ area with the ocean in the background. The accommodations have everything that you need and are very comfortable.

Great community

The space was just what we needed for three adults and two little kids. The grounds of the property were peaceful and my son loved playing in the large grass area and the pool. Part of the joy of the experience was meeting others who were vacationing at the property, and we loved the location! Great food all around, good people and beautiful views. Memorable sunsets each night.

Perfect for family with young kids

Upstairs bedroom was perfect for our 2 young kids. We enjoyed using the pool and the beach across the street with sand toys and chairs available for use. We used the grills on site several nights, very convenient and clean. Never had any issues getting a parking spot close to the unit. Neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great chill area

Liked the property, good location, parking, and view. Liked the bathroom and liked the good AC. Disliked a couple things that were out of anyone's control: nearby roosters would scream every morning around 2 or 3am and continue until breakfast. I'm sure all the nearby properties hear this, and unfortunately the windows don't close.. there's only slatted shutters over a screen. Might be normal architecture for Hawaii. Also the neighboring unit was an old grandma that always had her door open and was very Snoopy and impolite. Great value though and so close to the beach!

Awesome Place to Stay in a Fantastic Location!!

What a great location and place to stay!! The communication with the property owner was prompt and concise. The view from the balcony is unbelievable, overlooking the ocean. The unit is air conditioned and the temperature stayed very comfortable day and night. The lanai had lots of beach gear/toys, chairs, umbrellas, googles, fins, etc. for us to use. The part best by far for our teenagers was the beach DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD! It is rated the best boogie boarding beach on Maui! We all had an amazing time. The location is convenient to see all of the island. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

Wonderful Maui Vacation Rental

Very nice vacation rental exactly as advertised. Unit was very clean, everything worked and plenty of towels for personal and beach use. Nice view of the ocean from balcony and really was a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean as was the community BBQ equipment. Definitely a do over!

Fit our needs very nicely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in South Maui while using this property as our base of operation. We especially enjoyed the less than 10 minute walk to the Kam 3 Beach and the close proximity to restaurants and stores. We appreciated having the three air conditioned window units since the outside temperature was in the mid '80s during our stay. The few minor problems we had with the unit during our stay were quickly responded to by property management. Overall it was a great experience that we would do again.
