Comfortable with beautiful garden view

My family of 4 stayed at this lovely condo while in Maui. The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. Our girls felt that the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lots of fans and two air conditioners keep things cool. The location is great - beach just across the street where you can see turtles and whales and close to all the beautiful beaches further south. Beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. Excellent communication with the hosts and property managers. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect Holiday Home!

The condo was perfect for my wife and me. It had everything we needed for a stress free holiday. The property is well maintained and the unit is at the back of the property away from the road. Dimtry is attentive and the overall experience rental was great. Highly recommend this unit, except when we want to stay again!

Wonderful property across from the beach. Great for families with young children. Even has a playpen. Well stocked with four beach chairs, sand pail, boggie board, and everything you may need to cook with in your condo! Also great communication and prompt reply’s from the owner and property manager.

We liked many things including the main room design and layout, with an open kitchen counter leading out to the living room, plus amenities like washer/dryer and dishwasher, and two boogie boards. I enjoyed the lush central courtyard and pool/jacuzzi (despite an initial mix-up about the open hours). The stateside host was available for questions, as was the local contact. One caveat, which may be Covid-related: I wish the per-night fee more closely reflected the total charge; the various markups seemed disproportionate.

Perfect home away from home!

Very nice, clean, beautiful and upkeeped place. So many amenities to make a stay very comfortable: AC in both - leaving room and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs, snorkeling masks, coolers, ice packs. Great location - 4 min walk to the nice beach. Very good host - easy to reach and communicate with.

Everything and more we expected

This condo was exactly as described. The beach is across the street, a few minutes walk. The 2 sets of scuba equipment were a special treat. What was more than expected was the beautiful landscaping. It was like being in a small rainforest as we could hear so many birds. Also, we never needed air conditioning because of the shading and breeze. Susan quickly responded to some questions we had during our stay and went out of her way to assist us. We just happened to meet the onsite property manager( he lives on the premises) one evening in the pool who was very friendly and encouraged us to contact him with any needs. Dealing with a real person, like Susan, rather than a condo management company, is the way to go.

Honeymoon Haven

My husband and I stayed for a week at Susan’s condo in Kihei while we began our honeymoon and it was the perfect home away from home. It was a great location to stay in to allow easy access to all of our activities and it allowed us to feel like we had a safe space to cozy up when the day was done :) Such a beautifully decorated space for the two of us and we were so grateful for the beach chairs and ability to use the laundry unit inside the condo after spending a week on the Big Island - we underestimated how hot and humid Hawaii can get compared to our home in New York, needless to say we had to change more than we expected. Although we didn’t use some of the other items available to use, we appreciated knowing they were there for use - dishes, silverware, glassware, cookware, beach towels, and more. We would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a home base for some peace and serenity during their stay on Maui to book here. We are massively grateful to Susan for allowing us the pleasure of staying here 💛

Great location

On the main drag in Kihei area, but tucked away from the street. Very quiet. Location is convenient to everywhere. The place is very clean and comfortable. And it has everything you need for the beach. The host is very responsive.

Great place-great location!

We had an excellent stay at Susan‘s place in Kihei. The location was awesome for being close to town as well as close to beautiful beaches! Also the property location was away from the street which made for a nice, quiet stay without any traffic noise. The place was just as advertised and was nice and spacious and had all the kitchen amenities needed. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo in a central location

My family stayed here for four nights and had a great time. It’s in a good location for exploring Maui in all directions and just a quick drive from food and shops. The listing and photos are accurate. With the windows open and fans on, we were comfortable enough not to run the AC, even on 90 degree days. There is a small beach five minutes walk away and we really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. Even though the lanai faces a footpath, the plants block the view so it feels private. We didn’t use the kitchen much but were happy to have it. It was well stocked as was the bathroom with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels and coolers. The washer and dryer worked great. We would definitely stay in this lovely condo again!

Quiet, clean and centrally located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is tucked away from the road making it very quiet and private. The pool was a nice oasis on hot and windy afternoons. People at the complex were very friendly.

Amazing find in Kihei

We were here for the 4th July weekend with kids and absolutely loved it. Susan is a great host and she replied to all my queries within minutes. We wanted to extend our stay by a day and she went above and beyond trying to see if another of her property is available and also did searches for us on other local resorts in Kihei. The property itself is clean, well equipped - stocked up kitchen, washer, dryer which was very useful, wifi, TV with cable , games and puzzles, beach chairs/umbrellas, cooler, boogey board and even snorkeling gears!! Check in process was super easy. The gardens around the property is beautiful and the pool is great… small and secluded. My kids had a blast at the pool. The location is fantastic… close to beaches, restaurants and also easy access to Haleakala and road to Hana. It was way beyond our expectations at such a reasonable price. Will definitely come back again!

Great launching point for Maui activities

We stayed for 4 nights and used this as our launching point for our Maui activities - beaches, road to Hana, and Haleakala sunrise. It’s a great location to access Maui and the property was well equipped for us. The place was clean, AC worked well, easy to get to. The only issue we had was that the lanai was super wet and dripping from above from another unit’s AC, so we didn’t really use it.
