Very nice place,5 stars all around. Great for us. There are no beach toys, umbrella or cooler to use but maybe that is standard for most vacation rentals now. Thank you.

Quiet Comfort in Kihei

A clean, beautiful, updated unit. So close to Wailea and beaches but still peaceful and quiet.Plenty of space and the washer/dryer in the unit is a real luxury convenience.The hosts were so helpful answering all my questions and the property office were the best.

Easy booking, great stay

Great communication and super fast with responses. Helped us with a last minute booking. The condo is stocked with appliances, kitchenware, towels, and beach gear. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep to be able to go out and enjoy all the beautiful sights that Maui has to offer.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely fantastic location, close to all amenities. Love the complex, cleanliness of the unit. Having an in unit washer dryer was a bonus. Huge lanai, with plenty of places to unwind and relax. Owner was easy to get a hold of, unit was well stocked.

Clean and comfy

As a former resident, we picked the Maui hill for ease of access to kihei and wailea. Also a nice pool. The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. Bed was comfy and the two bathrooms were convenient.

Absolutely Amazing!!

We loved our stay at Maui Hill. Sandra and Gordon were the most fantastic hosts. Anytime I had a small question about the area, they were quick to respond. The home was entirely as described and even better. The pots and pans were a dream to cook with. The living room and lanai were spacious. The bedroom was dark at night with the curtains closed but bright and full of sunlight during the day. We would return over and over again. Perfect home, perfect location. Thank you so much.

Nice place on Maui

This is a nice unit, with a few toward the setting sun. The amenities are excellent: beach chairs, umbrella, lots of toys for kids at the beach, etc. We've stayed at Maui Hill many times, and we are always pleased.

decor matters

If light tropical decor is what you want, this is not the unit for you. The bedroom and bath are done in grays (drapes, bedspread, sheets, towels, shower curtains, walls), nothing tropical. It is dark and unappealing. In addition, the sheets are too large for the bed and wad up under you every night. On the plus side: the unit was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, good air conditioners, bedroom TV worked great, and there are updates in carpeting and countertops.

Comfortable condo

This condo had everything we needed for a perfect week in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the condiments left behind were a bonus! Huge living area and lanai. Pool and grounds were nice. Easy access to beach at bottom of the hill. Didn’t find it walking distance though but parking isn’t to hard to find. Great quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping. Beach gear was nice to have. Highly recommend this condo.

Spacious and fun!

The condo is a spacious 1br 2ba, with a full kitchen. It was well-maintained. The pool is nice. There is a bus stop outside the condo complex. We enjoyed the place!

Very nice condo

This unit is very good. Very clean. I have stayed in this condo before and was glad to see it was available this year so we stayed there again. My wife and I plan to stay here on future visits if it available. Maui Hill is a very nice place on a hill located across the street from my favorite Maui beach. And the swimming pool is very nice and the water is at a great temperature every time. We only stay at Maui Hill when in Maui. We plan the timing of our vacation when a unit is open. I have stayed elsewhere and although the unit was very nice, the pool was in the shade and too cold to swim in. At Maui Hill we swim in the pool every day. The kids love it.

Wonderful time in Kihei

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra and Gordon’s place in Kihei. Loved the Maui Hill Resort! We had access to pool and other facilities. Location was walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. It was our first time in Hawaii and first time traveling with a baby. We would definitely go back!

Good Location in Kihei, Maui

The unit is nice sized with two bathrooms. The deck/lanai is generous and there is a view of the ocean above the buildings below. The kitchen was adequate and with a full size refrigerator. There are room air conditioners in the living room and bedroom which cooled the rooms quite well. There is a weekly mai tai party at the pool which was quite fun. After traveling for 2 weeks, we were surprised there was no bath soap provided by the owner, so our first shower was with hand soap. For the price of the rental, a couple small bars of soap would be much appreciated. Look for instructions on the TV in the drawers on the living room cabinet, not sure why they were not with the TV in clear view.

Hawaiian Dream Vacation!

We had a most beautiful time together in this wonderful and spacious condo! Ideal location with proximity to the beach and in a very peaceful setting. Lovely and large lanai to take in the amazing views. The owners are so prompt and helpful with their communication. This was our third time staying here and we are already looking forward to our next visit for another Hawaiian Dream Vacation!
