We stayed at Lindsey’s place in early February. The unit did not disappoint. The quality of the furnishings and kitchen were very high, and consistent with the photos in the listing.It was also a great option for two couples travelling together like we were, because both bedrooms and bathrooms were almost identical.The kitchen in particular is worth highlighting. It is very high quality, and the best-equipped rental kitchen we have ever had. Everything is where you would expect it, and the kind of stuff you’d buy for your own kitchen, not dollar store junk. The knives actually cut straight!Lindsey was very responsive to all questions and issues.Two things to note. The unit is ground floor, which is amazing because you can step out from your lanai directly to the lawn and beach. However, this also means it is at risk of flooding. We hit particularly bad weather, and at one point had to install a “floodgate” on the lanai, fortunately not needed in the end.Also, the beds and pillows, while very high quality, are both extremely soft and puffy. We are used to a firm foam mattress and flat memory foam pillow, and found it very difficult to get comfortable in these beds. Again, not a quality issue, just preference. One suggestion might be, when the time comes to replace the pillows, instead of 4 very puffy ones, get 2 puffy and 2 memory foams for each bed, to provide options.
