  • Enjoy Sunny South Kihei in our comfortable newly remodeled condominium in the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Wake up to mountain views of Haleakala Volcano and enjoy the ocean sunsets in the evening from your lanai. Our corner unit condo is in the building closest to the beach. For pool lounging our complex has one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei.

    Our ground level condo is centrally located in South Kihei near restaurants and shopping and is just 50 yards from beautiful Kamaole II beach. Play in the sand, snorkel, go boogie boarding, or just take in the beautiful blue pacific! Our condo has everything you need for a great day on the beach! When you're ready for your next activity its just a short walk to your private lanai and your home away from home!

    Our remodeled one bedroom condo has a California King size bed. There is a queen size hide a bed if an additional sleeping area is needed. This corner unit has cool ocean breezes to keep you comfortable. Other amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer in the unit, flat screen TV, granite counter tops, WiFi, and a tiled lanai.

    Three of the best beaches on Maui, Kamaole I, II and III beach parks stretch for nearly a mile, and are located within walking distance of our condo. They are excellent beaches for families of all ages. The perfect swimming beach, Kamaole Beach Park II, has a lifeguard and is located directly across the street from our complex, only 150 feet walk from our condo. Kamaole II provides spectacular views for Maui’s famous sunsets – bring your camera!

    Only 12 miles or 20 minutes from Kahului airport, our condo location is ideally situated for short drives to most of Maui's top 10 activity attractions and World Class Golf Courses. After a day on the go, there's not a better way to end it than returning to your home away from home to peace, quiet, and relaxation – enjoy!

Great location, clean and spacious place

We had an awesome trip. The location is amazing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and it’s very clean. The grounds are well manicured and the pool is great after a long day at the beach.

Stay At Kihei Kai Nani to Relax!

This place helped us getaway and unwind! It had all the necessities adults need to help themselves live comfortably even while relaxing while across from the beach! Mahalo to the property owners and managers for doing a good job!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed and we could walk to the beach or to stores/restaurants. It was also an easy drive to other locations. We will definitely book here for our next Maui trip.

Good location

It's nice to be steps from the beach, good location to walk to restaurants. Only real downside is that there aren't comfortable chairs to relax on the lanai (just bar top chairs) and it doesn't face the ocean.

Great stay!

This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kihei. The hosts had obviously thought about what a visitor might want and need. We had no problems, and would certainly consider coming back again.

Paradise

KKN is the perfect location right across the street from Kamaole 2. It has a very large pool, never crowded even when busy. The condo has been well maintained. We have stayed in this unit twice and hope to return soon!

Very close to the Beach

We had a great experience with this condo. It has all you need around you and within walking distance. Eateries, groceries, bars and lots and lots of shopping! And best of all the beach with magnificent sunsets! Hosts were great with communication and getting back to you quickly! We’ll definitely be back!

Great location

My daughter and I loved this property. It was close to the beach and we saw a turtle at the beach on the first day. The bed was comfortable and the property was clean. We loved the pulled pork at the Coconuts and I would also recommend the South Maui Fish company (only fresh fish). We went up to Lahaina, up to Haleakala and over to Hana, but enjoyed coming back to chill on the beach. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Week at Maui

The property was very clean. The carpet looked new. There was more then enough towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen items in the condo them we could ever use. Having the ocean across the street was amazing. The unit was quiet, the AC was only in the living area not the bedroom. It kept the living area cool. The parking was easy and the condo was close to lots of shopping. Want to stay there again.

Beautiful condo

We loved this little condo and how it had everything we needed at the beach and in the kitchen. Thank you! We lost internet early on the last night and was not sure if it was cut off bc we were checking out or if it was just out. If it was bc we were checking out, I recommend turning it off at 11am check out time. That was our only issue/concern.

Right across from the beach!

Cozy, 1 room place that fit me and my wife well. Any more than that might be crowded. Getting the tv going sometimes took a restart of the system, and is fairly small. I realize we’re in paradise but at night we like to watch movies or shows. Other than that the place is great, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to almost any food source or shopping. We’ll more than likely consider this place next time!! Thanks!!

Central to everything

If you are visiting Maui to explore the island, versus just one resort town, then you couldn't find a better place to stay. The condo was convenient to the South Maui beaches, one was 50 yards away. And you could quickly get on the Pi'ilani Highway which will take you to the rest of the island. Kihei is the ideal location for a Maui because it is more of a community than the resorts. As a result there are real grocery stores and restaurants within a mile or two. The condo had everything you could need already provided, including beach umbrellas and chairs. The kitchen was fully furnished and looked to have been recently remodeled. This particular unit will be our first choice on future Maui trips.

Location is fantastic!

Overall I give this condo 5 stars and recommend. Location is key. Right across the street from beach that is good for swimming and great for sunset. Several good dinner options a short walk. Easy and central access to drive to other parts of the island. Condo itself was comfortable. This complex is certainly not luxury and a bit older, but I felt the price reflects that and it was the location which was most important to us. Condo also had all basic supplies which was helpful. WiFi was good. Cable was limited and smart TV would have been nice for streaming…we had one rain day and getting onto Netflix would have been nice although that was not our priority in Maui! But overall very happy and I recommend with. 5-star. Thanks!
