Spectacular Ocean View Front Row 2 Bedroom Condo! H-209

  • Aloha, nos gustaría darle la bienvenida a un hermoso condominio frente al mar completamente remodelado diseñado por Peter Rusnak. Decoración hawaiana con muebles de estilo isla en toda la unidad. Experimentará Hawaii mientras se relaja en un condominio de lujo de 2 dormitorios.

    H209 es un condominio tranquilo ubicado en la primera fila del desarrollo de Maui Kamaole. Los edificios H son las únicas unidades con vistas al océano en primera fila alejadas del ruido de South Kihei Road. Paz y tranquilidad te esperan en el paraíso hawaiano de H209.

    Ambas habitaciones tienen muebles nuevos y colchón Serta Perfect Sleeper. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en cada habitación, además de acceso gratuito a Wi-Fi en todo el condominio. Todas las camas también tienen sábanas de alta cantidad de hilos adecuadas para un Five Star Resort. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, con dos gemelos en la habitación de abajo, y un sofá cama de matrimonio en la sala de estar. Y para su comodidad, suministramos muchas almohadas y mantas adicionales.

    Ventiladores y unidades de aire acondicionado están en cada habitación. El condominio tiene una brisa cruzada tan maravillosa que es posible que nunca tengas que encenderlos.

    La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos y todas las comodidades del hogar. Se proporciona un complemento completo de sillas de playa, tablas de surf, sombrillas y juguetes de arena. El equipo de snorkel también se proporciona con tamaños para adultos y niños. Nueva lavadora y secadora grandes con detergente para la ropa y sábanas de tela.

Franca’s condo was perfect for our first trip to Maui. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This place was wonderful, I highly recommend it. It's one of a very few units in this complex which has a beautiful ocean view. Check the photos in the listing; what you see it's exactly what you will experience. It's walking distance to a very nice beach. Walking distance to a Wednesday outdoors market. It's a really great location to stay at when visiting and exploring Maui. Communication with the host was great as well. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, everyone had enough space; it didn't feel too crowded. Bonus - there is a closet full of beach stuff, including snorkeling gear. :)

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great having all the beach supplies. We loved the sea view and enjoyed watching whales breaching in the distance as the sun set. The communal pools were lovely and well maintained. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an incredible stay at this Kihei condo. It was a 2 minute stroll across the beach to Kamaole Beach. The owners had provided beach chairs, coolers and sun umbrellas was exactly what we needed. Unit was nicely maintained and has everything we needed. We especially loved having coffee/read/eating on the private lanai while taking in the gorgeous ocean view. The property grounds were lush and well-kept and we enjoyed having access to the pools. We were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants so made getting around so easy. There is no gym facility on the property, but we were able to go on runs and do other workouts.Thank you for being such thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

This condo was awesome! It was extremely clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of great beaches, restaurants and shops. The host thought of everything including anything you might need for a day at the beach like snorkels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. I would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a really nice stay! The parking spot is really close to the condo and the unit is well stocked with outdoor supplies, games, and kitchenware. The location can’t be beat, quick walk down the path to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Easy to grab an uber or lift to/from here as well. If it’s whale season, make sure to bring some binoculars.

Maui first trip to Hawaii

Loved Maui, loved the condo, the location was lovely, the sunset views were spectacular, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having coffee, listening to the roosters. Great spot.

The location is perfect, across from Kamaole beach, right in the town of Kihei, next town over is Wailea and makena . Close to everything !Checking in and out is easy. Well maintained property, complete with generous amount of beach gears, water bottles, towels , cooler bags. Everything you need for an island vacation. Communication is easy

One of the best.

We have stayed in many condos in Maui and elsewhere and this is one of the best. Better stocked and condition than many vacation rentals. Short walk across the road to Kam3 and the beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo in Kihei.

This was the second stay we had at this property and it was excellent. Wonderful owners, very well kept unit, great location right across from Kamaole Park III, beautiful sunset from the balcony each night, glad the first time we were here and even more so the second time!

Felt like home

Amazing. Very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Coffee on the lanai in the morning and wine in the evening while watching the sun set was perfect.
