It was all wonderful, easy, convenient The perishables and consumables were a bit sparse but not much of a bother to stock up ( TP, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. ) The location and the convenience of all the facilities inside and outside the home were super awesome

clean and well stocked condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jude was very communicative and available. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked - more so than other rentals we've stayed in. Very large fluffy beach towels, super comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathrooms. Fans and AC in the rooms made sleeping so lovely. One little thing that I found super helpful - all the light switches are labeled! No trying a dozen light switches to figure out what is connected to what! (It's the little things!) We would stay here again in a heartbeat. So, so nice that we're not wanting to leave!

Toadally Terrific!

Great location! Clean, spacious, close enough to everything but yet far enough away that you don’t deal with noise of town. My kids especially liked walking the grounds at night searching for geckos and toads!

The family really enjoyed our stay here. It was very roomy and comfortable for a family of 5. Really loved the open kitchen concept. Unit was clean and very well taken care of. The swimming pool and amenities was a plus. We’re definitely staying here again on our next Maui visit!

Perfect vacation

This was the perfect place for us, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Everything we needed was provided, and the accommodations were so comfortable. It was spacious and clean, and we had a wonderful time in the huge pool. We were so close to everything, it was the perfect location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and stay

My spouse and I traveled with our two children (5 & 8) to Maui in February 2024. This condo is in a great location, and was very clean. The AC worked really well. Our kids slept in the upstairs twin beds loft and they enjoyed having a TV available. We had two super minor things come up during our stay, but the property manager was very prompt with his reply and sent his handyman to fix the issues the next morning, which was fantastic. The few minor inconveniences we faced was that the pool was really cold, the ice and water machine in the fridge weren't working, the igloo cooler handle was broken and unusable and the downstairs neighbor (full-time resident) came upstairs to ask us to walk quieter. I apologized and assured the neighbor we'd be quieter. It made us super aware of his presence during our entire stay, which wasn't very pleasant. We had a lot of leftover food and drinks, which we shared with the grounds crew and some nearby neighbors that checked in the day before we left, and were very appreciated. All in all, a great stay in a great location, with a very responsive and prompt property manager.

Great place!

Super clean and fully stocked. We loved our stay here. If I were to nitpick, the carpet could be replaced and the main floor bathroom lighting was very dark, but overall we really enjoyed this place. The kids loved having their own beds and having tvs in all the rooms was awesome. AC worked great! We’d stay here again for sure.

Wonderful location

My friends, husband and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was well supplied and convenient to both the pool and the beach. The property manager, Jude, was very responsive and helpful. We had such a relaxing week. Not a care in the world. Mahalo!

Lovely Home and Location

Had a lovely trip! The condo is just beautiful and very clean and comfortable. While we missed hearing the ocean waves we did enjoy hearing the birds and a short walk to the beach. In fact, we especially enjoyed seeing the turtles at the near by “fish pond” almost nightly. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great spot for your first time in Maui!

This was a great property to stay for our first time in Maui! We explored the entire island so for that purpose, there's not one ideal location. If that's your plan, I would recommend this location. The property itself is beautiful and just what we were looking for.

Dark and has carpet

While we appreciated that the property was large enough to hold our family of 4, we found this property dark, dated and the carpets were not ideal. Not enough light in the bedroom to see in our suitcase. Carpets had a dirty feel and there were some silver fish. Flooring and cabinets need a reno. Tub faucet drips. Overall the kitchen and laundry was good. Landscapers never did clean up all the plant debris outside. The pool has a blocked off bridge and the button for the spa jets is in an odd location.

Enjoyed the Koa Resort

This condo was very clean, a lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay. It was great for a family - there were 5 of us. Communication from property manager was very good, quick responses. They made everything easy and we knew what to expect. Location in Kihei was very convenient, shops nearby. We actually biked around for 2 days without a car. There are a couple of beaches close by to walk to, and many more beaches up and down the coast. This property was also very quiet, amazingly quiet, actually. And the neighbors who live in the complex were friendly. One thing to know: the couch bed is probably more suited for kids and young adults, not as much for older adults, although my brother did Ok on it for a few nights when we padded it up a bit. All in all, a lovely stay, and I liked the more laid-back feel of Kihei and the location.

Spring Break Vacation

Location was great. Place was beautiful and clean with lots of room. Well stocked with all the essentials and beach items. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, & boogie boards. The loft was perfect for our 2 teenage girls.

A little disappointing

It was a little disappointing that the dish washer didn’t work and the water on the fridge didn’t work and the carpet was really in need of a good cleaning. The location of the property was great.
