Super Summer Vaxation!

This was our second time staying here and once again the condo was a perfect fit for us. The location and grounds are fantastic. Being on the ground floor is our preference and makes sitting out on the lanai a joy. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip. Thank you Lisa and Edward.

This unit was THE BEST!

The hosts of this property were great before we even arrived. We had issues with our flights but luckily everything worked out. They were very supportive and gave us options that helped put my mind at ease. They messaged us the day after we arrived just to check in and be sure everything was perfect! This was our 5th visit to Kamaole Sands and this was by far the best unit we have stayed in. The ground floor made it easy for the boys to zip off to the pool or to our friends condo...the grass at Kam Sands is a dream. No shoes required! The lanai is very important to us as we love having breakfast together to start our day. The table and four chairs accommodated us perfectly. When the boys opened up the lanai storage locker we were thrilled to find boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas - everything we needed was in there. Inside the condo I cannot say enough about the Murphy bed. My 17 and 14 year old boys are not small and the two of them were able to sleep comfortably with no issues. And to have a king bed while on vacation for my husband and I was fantastic. Two bathrooms so no fighting over who was in there too long or taking forever for everyone to get showered up! The kitchen had all kinds of dishes and lots of spices etc. We had plenty of dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies to last us our whole trip. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Thank you so much to our hosts, your attention to detail is absolutely remarkable!!

Loved it—already booked for next year!

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. It also had a Murphy bed and could have accommodated an additional person or couple. It’s bright, airy, comfortably furnished and well maintained. A bonus if you cook—the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Lisa is lovely—great communicator and as nice and thoughtful as can be. And the location is perfect—great condo community with lovely amenities, across from the best beach. And the condo itself is very nicely located, with thelanai opening onto the stunning grassy area.

Family Fun in Maui

My husband and I brought our two daughters to Maui this month. We had the BEST time and the condo made our experience even better. Lisa was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The place was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, plus all the beach supplies. We especially loved having the wagon to bring everything down to the beach. The location is superb and right across from the pool and beach (Kameole 3) Having the option to rent the car all week was also another huge plus. Everything and then some

The location of Lisa's condo in the complex is the best , close to the pool and hot tub plus a short walk to the beach. Situated on the ground floor with a lovely patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a Blue Hawaiian in the evening. It has everything one needs, a well stocked kitchen, a super comfortable king bed plus a Murphy and 2 bathrooms . Very clean unit and nicely decorated. The grounds are exceptionally groomed , with lush green lawns, ponds and lovely plantings. Mahalo Lisa

Great spot for a family

My husband, toddler (nearly 3), and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout is great with kids - our toddler slept in the master, while we could enjoy our evenings and sleep in the living room on the comfortable Murphy bed. The condo was fully stocked - in terms of everything you'd need to cook, go to the beach (the wagon is incredibly helpful to haul everything around in!), or hang out by the pool. The condo complex, though quite large, was incredibly quiet - great for the little one (and us) to be able to sleep for naps and at night. My one wish to the condo complex managers is for the kiddie pool to open earlier than 9:30! Little ones are up early and ready to get their swimming on, but for some reason the kiddie pool is the last to open (thankfully, an amazing beach is located a short walk away, so that served as our early morning alternative!).

Fantastic vacation

Great house! Great Location!

The condo was perfect. The grounds were very well kept. We stayed with our two kids 7 and 4. We walked and had dinner right down the road. Lisa is amazing and so accommodating. Even when I bothered her with all my random questions. Highly recommend!

Evening Sunset and more

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we could possibly need. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio at sunset. Lisa was amazing with her communication. Easy check in and out. We will definitely book again when we return. Mahalo🌺

Great Home Away from Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. Lisa was quick to respond to all questions and ensured our stay was a pleasant one! Having access to a car through the rental was an added bonus. Lisa was very accommodating when we needed access to the renal car a little after our check our time. We would highly recommend staying here if you are considering a visit to Kihei!

Super Responsive Owners

We had a lovely stay. There were a couple small things that needed to be resolved (air conditioner wasn't quite cold enough and is now great, some missing linens). The owners were super prompt and responsive. In my experience having stayed at Kam Sands on a number of occasions, most condo units have something missing (despite best efforts). So having prompt service in rectifying small issues is invaluable. Mahalo Lisa and Edward!

Glorious sunset, perfect mid-point location

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and found it to be the perfect location--not only close to magnificent beaches and sunset, but a great starting point to access The Road to Hana and other activities around the island. Simply beautiful.
