Relaxing island vacation

This condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for our family of four. Air conditioning was a plus. Loved that we could walk across the street daily to go to the beach. Matt was very responsive. He arranged for an air mattress for one of my children along with bedding. We were also able to check in much earlier when our flight arrived at 9:30 am. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

The gated community was clean, quiet, and the greenery was beautifully manicured. I felt safe living there for 9 days. The location of the condo was in a good and safe area too. We had easy access to beaches and shopping areas only minutes away. Lastly, the condo was very clean and well kept inside, and the condo was modern with a beautiful living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a beautiful outdoor patio. We really enjoyed the place! We didn’t want to leave! Our hosts were also very responsive anytime we needed anything!I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: really enjoyed my stay here.standouts: exceptionally clean, spacious kitchen, and lovely lanai (actually big enough to hang out on) with great view of the beautifully landscaped grounds. stocked with paper towels/tp. really appreciated the washer/dryer, beach umbrella, and nice tvs. sliding bathroom doors were slightly awkward bc they dont latch close or lock and can sometimes slide backwards. overall would stay again!

The condo was bright, updated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the two bathrooms was a bonus. The pool was clean and having access to a beach across the street was amazing. The condo was located near many attractions. Would stay again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: Our condo was comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked for dishes etc. We ate all our meals on the spacious lanai that was always shaded from extreme sun. The location couldn’t be better for beach and restaurant access. This is the second time we have rented a condo at Kamaole Sands through PMI Maui. Both times the manager has been available and arrived at the condo literally within minutes to provide assistance when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and rental agency.

The location was beyond perfect, about a 3 min walk to go to see the sunset by the harbor. You can walk to restaurants and coffee in the morning. Close to Wailea for fancier restaurants or amazing beaches like Makena. About a 50 min drive to Kaanapali. It was just perfect. Clean, inviting, would recommend to everyone.

The welcoming Maui cookies and coffee was a delightful treat. The condo had everything we needed and some. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with gorgeous plants which are reef friendly. The close proximity to the beach made morning and evening walks so enjoyable. We took advantage of the outdoor barbecues which gave opportunities to see the most beautiful sunsets while cooking. I can’t wait for the next visit to maui. Everything from check in to checkout was smooth. Matt and Tonya of Maui PMI will be the first people we contact to book future stays. Thank you for taking a part in making our vacation a happy enjoyable memory.

The owner took great care with flooring, kitchen & bathroom cabinets, updated tiled showers and comfortable furniture. There was no outdated bamboo furniture or palm tree fabric in sight. The newly outfitted kitchen was beautiful and the stackable washer/dryer were easy to use. The grounds are well maintenance and this unit has a nice view and patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys all provided. Owner very responsive about resetting the ice cube maker in refrigerator. Beach, park and beautiful walking trails across the street from the complex. I would happily stay here again.
