This place was just perfect for my husband and I. The view from the condo was beautiful. It was nice to watch the surfers and sunsets from the patio. The pool and hot tub was right outside the condo. Everything was clean and organized. There were a ton of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The beach was a close walk. There was a park across the street that had a walking path along the ocean. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing! Unit 109 is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Perfect for a family of 4! The unit is ground level with a table to eat breakfast, drink coffee, and relax in the evenings. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals with your favorite people. Parking a rental vehicle is easy and there is always a spot available. There were 4 beach chairs and a cooler ready to go to the beach with you. Location allows you to walk or bike within a short distance to any store, restaurant, park, or beach you want. The pool is warm like the ocean and the hot tub is a perfect. Kids and adults can hang out all day here and relax. There a plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun and laughs. The property management staff were fast with their communication. I was very pleased with how quick it was to get ahold of them. SOM 109 is the perfect spot for your relaxing vacation. Don't hesitate to book this spot, it's in the heart of Kihei and you won't be dissatisfied.

Fabulous vacation

Our property was nicely stocked with everything we could need which was very nice. The location was wonderful, close to everything but also very quiet and private. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were within walking distance of good food and shopping. Property management was wonderful, very helpful and always available. We cannot wait to come visit again.

Great stay!

The place was great and exactly as advertised. It was really clean and in a great location. Didn't see a single bug in our place the entire time we were there (not even an ant). Air conditioner works great and was a life saver! Beach with sea turtles right across the street. Clean pool at the perfect temperature right outside the sliding door. Communication with property manager was just right. They gave us just enough info prior to / at check-in and then didn't bug us again. Restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches within walking distance and/or a quick drive away. Check-in/out was simple. I highly recommend. This is where we will stay when we come again.

Peaceful & Relaxing

My husband was in rehab after knee surgery (we live on a smaller Hawaiian island) and I stayed here to be closer to him. The unit was just the right size. You could see the ocean from the back lanai, but the quiet peacefulness made it relaxing for me when I was there.

Everything was perfect. There was great parking. Everything was updated. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. The boys loved the hot tub and pool. It was just overall cozy and we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Loved our stay here! Great location, easy to find and close to fun shops, restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the beach! It's a quiet location and the care taker is super nice. Everything (the grounds, pool etc) was always clean and tidy. Will definitely return! Thanks for everything!

What a gem of a place

We have stayed at Shores of Maui multiple times but this was the first time renting with Jamie. The place was well organized and stocked with essentials. Jamie was great to deal with and responsive to a few needs we had during the trip. We would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location!

If you long board or SUP surf you'll love being right across the street from the Cove and Kalama. Short walk to Foodland, many restaurants and the Oasis food carts where we ate almost every night. Great pool and the hot tub was nice and hot. Andy, the onsite PM, was great.

We loved it!

First time to Maui! This was a perfect place for our family to stay as it was right across from the beach, surf lessons, walkable to shops and restaurants and easy drive to beautiful resort like beaches in Wailea. The condo had everything we needed & our room was even ready early the day we arrived. The only concern was a noisy air conditioner in the main bedroom—but it was nice and cool. Great place to stay!! We will miss it!

Walkable to everything you need!

This is the perfect place to stay if you dont' have a rental car in Kihei. It was super nice to be able to see the ocean right from the living room and also walk to eat and even get groceries. Our 7 year old loved the pool and hot tub being right by the unit.

Wonderful location / unit / neighbours

This unit has a great location to the beach, food, and shops. All the the neighbours here (most being muti time return snow birds) were very welcoming and very nice. The building and pool area are very clean. Great sunset from this location as well. 100% recommend!
