This property does not disappoint. Amazing views, incredibly clean property, super helpful staff, and the location was perfect. Such an easy and short walk to Kam 1 and Kam 2, stores, restaurants, shops, etc.

Excellent location for kids and stunning views

Very clean property in prime Location for lunch and dinner nearby, beaches, and pool time. Perfect for us as a couple and 2 young kids. Beautiful refurbished property

Family Vacation

Perfect sized unit and location for a family of 4. Steps to the beaches and pool, as well as great restaurants we enjoy coming back every year. Highly recommend this unit as the views are unbeatable and it has all the amenities you’ll need.

Love the Royal Mayuan, stayed many times. There were a few hiccups but the manager was right on it, Unit had all you need ended up staying 2 more nights.

Convenient Location

My family of four had a great time at this condo. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and beach rentals. The beach in front of the condo is good for snorkeling.

Just as advertised

We were so pleased with our stay. The property was as described and well stocked both in the kitchen and for fun. The beds were comfortable- always a plus for a vacation stay. Could walk to just about anything you would need or want.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. The kitchen was fully stocked and beach items were available. We took full advantage of the snorkeling gear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and great condo. Beautiful views of sunset from the Lani. Fully stocked condo with everything you would need for your vacation. Would definitely recommend this condo and would book this condo again.

Amazing place to stay in Kihei

We highly recommend this home to stay in Kihei. It has the most amazing location, best views, you go to sleep every night to hear the ocean, you wake up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises. You have multiple beaches that you can walk to, great restaurants, shopping . highly recommended to anyone. We definitely will stay here again. The unit was clean, comfortable , everything you need! Simply perfect!!!

Great Location

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing trip to Maui. Breathtaking views! Unit has everything you could possibly need to include beach chairs, towels, umbrella and snorkeling gear. A/C throughout is a big plus. Coming back next year.

Great stay at a great location

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The only things that were lacking was a broom (management brought one) and vacuum cleaner. Other than that it was perfect

Beautiful Sunsets

This unit is amazing for the sound of the waves and the beautiful sunsets. It’s steps away from the beach and a morning snorkel. This unit has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. An extra seat to sit and watch TV would be a plus (we were a family of five adults) the pillows were kind of flat and the sofa bed had seen better days but other than that we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
