This was the most well equipped condo that we've ever stayed in, we've been to Maui several times.

The place was clean, beds (king and pull out sofa) were very comfortable. We appreciated the condiments left in the fridge and for cooking. We esky enjoyed our stay here.

We spent 10 days at Kamaole Sands 9-210 Overall we had a good experience. There are a few little things in the condo in need of improvement ( new plates , deep cleaning in the bathrooms especially the master bathroom , replacement of the living room armchair, which possibly can scratch your skin) I mention all these things because the condo is pricy and would be fair for the renters to receive what they paid for. The condo is well equipped with all the beach amenities and the beach is very close. We had a rental car and used it even at the closest beach in order to get all the beach things with us. The pool and the property grounds are clean and enjoyable! We felt safe and cared for wherever we went on the property’s grounds . We enjoyed spending time to Wailea beach as well which is just 8 minutes drive away. We prepared our dinner inside twice and the rest of the nights we dined out since there are many restaurants around. The condo has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom... we find it a little noisy but we were glad to arrive to a cool home after a few hours in the sun ☀️ We enjoyed staying in this condo but since we like to stay in different places we will probably not come back . Many thanks to the owners who offered us this place to stay !

Great location. Wonderful accommodation for a couple's trip.

We stayed at a resort our first time to Maui so wanted to try a condo for this trip. We stayed 8 nights at this Kihea condo. The check in process was seamless. We really enjoyed having an assigned parking spot. Parking is a hot commodity at Maui hotels. Master bedroom is a good size with a private bathroom. Shower did seem to have a bit of a musty odor. We would just kept the door closed. Unit also has a second full size bathroom and full size washer and dryer. We made good use of the kitchen that had different utensils and appliances. Use of the lanai in the evening was our favorite time, the sunsets are gorgeous. You can also walk across the street to the beach. Unit has beach chairs, a cooler, and other beach items. Walking distance you'll find restaurants and stores including the ABC store. It's a great condo and location. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Kihea area.

Great Kihei Stay for 2-4 people

My wife and stayed in this unit for a week. It was perfect for us. There are 2 baths and a sofa sleeper, so I think you could accommodate 1 or 2 others pretty easily. Pretty easy check-in at the front desk (we arrived around 10pm). Unit was very clean on arrival, and well-equipped, including everything needed for cooking, and several beach items (2 chairs, umbrella, boogie board). Only negative was a slightly musty smell in master bath, but this was not noticeable outside the bathroom. Our host was easy to reach (we only emailed him). Unit is directly across the street from Kamaole Sands Park 3, which had great snorkeling. Kihei Cove was a couple of miles away by car for learning to surf. This is our first time to Maui, but Kihei seemed like a relatively central location, and laid back vibe. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for family of 4

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The remodeled kitchen was so nice for cooking breakfast in, and it had all the amenities that you need to cook a great meal. The condo was equipped with all the beach goodies needed for a day at the beach, right across the street, including the beach towels. The king sized bed was really comfortable and my 2 boys said the pull out couch / bed was comfortable as well. Loved staying in the condo, definitely family friendly!!

Perfect Location

Kamaole Sands is a great condo development. It is literally across the street from the beach, and down the road from restaurants, supermarkets, ocean equipment rentals, etc., and is easy to get to the main street where you can travel to the rest of the island. The condo itself is nice. A little strangely laid out, but not a huge deal. More importantly to me was the fact that the lanai faces south (to get sun all day long) It was clean, and everything worked well.

Outstanding vacation in Kihei, Maui

Check in, stay and check out were all easy with this property. The condo is well appointed and has everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance from the beach, shops and Dole Whip! See Webby next to 808 Deli for activities like snorkeling and zip lining. He's fantastic!

2 week winter getaway

We enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again. Beach access was across the street but an easy walk to a great section of beaches. The condo was comfortable, well stocked and spotless on arrival. We did have a problem with one of the bathroom sinks backing up but the management responded quickly when called. Enjoyed our stay!

The condo it as beautiful as the listing.

The building location within the resort is very convenient and nice and quiet. It also has a beautiful view to enjoy while drinking your morning coffee. When we arrived the condo was spotless and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of travel. The management was incredibly helpful , friendly and easy to deal with. This was our 6 th year in Maui but our first time in this condo, we will be rebooking this one for sure!
