Great location, beautiful space, clean, and modern. Activity closet was fully stocked, we appreciated the wagon to haul everything to the beach, though the snorkel masks leaked.Mattress very firm, laying down blankets helped make it softer. Master bedroom has sheer blinds, so every time someone drives into the complex at night, the headlights shine into the room. The cleaning products in the closet were very strong smelling with artificial fragrance so we had to buy our own clean free and clear laundry detergent. Would have liked the showers to have separate shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Mostly minor critiques, was overall lovely and would definitely stay again!

Great adult unit

This is a modern unit with two bedrooms. It was a great place, close to pool, bbq, beqch, shopping, but far enough that it's not noisy. We thought it was two view bedrooms but the 2nd room faces foliage and the parking. It was still lovely, comfortable, and we would stay again.

Awesome condo

We stayed here over spring break with our 3 kids. The condo was super clean and beyond well stocked. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and even had everything you needed to enjoy your time at the beach. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful proerty with everything we needed

We really enjoyed this property during our family vacation, which had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plenty of towels and bedding, and lots of fun beach toys! The views from the master bedroom and lanai are the standout feature of this property. We also enjoyed the birds and chickens on the lawn below. Who knew we would get the natural alarm clocks of roosters every day? The grounds are very well kept and we used a few of the amenities: the pool and tennis courts. (Note that it is $5 to rent an adult tennis racquet; kids' racquets are free.) We loved the location, with a great beach directly across the street (including a lifeguard). It has fabulous sunset views! There are several restaurants and shopping along the main street, including rentals for just about anything you want. The water was calm in the morning--perfect for paddleboards, and windy in the afternoon which made for some fun waves. If you get up early enough around 6 am, and walk west along the beach, there is an area further up where you can see turtles on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we would definitely come again!

I didn’t know that there were only portable air conditioners, only in the bedrooms. My son was sleeping in a sofa bed without any air and even with fans on he could hardly sleep with the heat, even in April. Otherwise, the condo is in prime location. The beach is just across the street, we saw turtles there, basking in the sun. I would definitely stay here again, although I would ask if another air conditioning unit can be added.

Location excellent - AC Units very noisy.

The condo was conveniently located across the road from one of the nicest beach/parks in the area (Kihea - Kamaole Beach Park III). There is also a good pool and gym on site. The condo and particularly the kitchen was v well equipped and clean (props to the cleaning crew). However the AC System was not Central Air. For us, the two units (one for each bedroom) were extremely noisy making sleeping difficult. In cooler months of the year, this may be less of an issue or a non-issue should AC not be required at all.

Maui get away

This was the first time using VRBO out of state. Everything worked very smoothly. The condo is in the best location possible. The beach is across the street, you can walk to restaurants and stores or relax by the pool. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. Thank you!!

Great location!

We were happy with the accommodations. The location was perfect for us; across the street from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We like this area of the island because it isn't as congested and touristy as Lahaina and Kaanapali. Makena Beach was one of our favorites and only a short drive away. Our only disappointments were 1) the pots and pans for cooking because there wasn't an actual skillet and everything stuck to the pans that were provided even with using oil and butter, and 2) the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable because it was firm and felt springy. Even with those shortcomings, we would definitely consider staying here again because we loved the location so much!

Perfection

We loved the deck with the sectional and table. The view was wonderful! The kitchen was well appointed and there were lots of hangers in the closets. This is the best condo we have stayed at and it was right across from the beach.

Heaven in Hawaii

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this condo in Maui. Everything was exactly how it was described. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and right across the street from the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a quick two nights here, but it was really fantastic. Clean, spacious condo with plenty of beach towels and beach toys. Even a wagon to help get all those beach toys from the car to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to come back!

Location - convenience - responsive. It was perfect in every way!

This vacation property was perfect for our family of 6! The Property was just as advertised and the location was ideal both in terms of Kihei and within the larger complex (an easy walk to the beach and views of the beautiful grounds and fountain in the ponds) . The rental was open & airy and decorated at just the right level. It included generous-sized and air conditioned bedrooms that made sleeping easy; fans throughout the condo and on the lanai were refreshing; the modern kitchen was fully stocked; two separate seating areas made the rental feel extra large; the supply of beach accessories came in handy; and the laundry in the rental (which included laundry soap) was extremely convenient. The complex was quiet and easy to navigate (including check-in). The pool provided a refreshing option to the beach and the pool snack bar had options for kids and adults alike. Although we didn't take advantage of the BBQ areas, there were numerous options to choose from. On a personal note, as the mom in the family, my favorite time was early in the morning when everyone was still sleeping - I had breakfast on the lanai, overlooking the beach and the beautifully landscaped property while listening to the birds welcoming the day. It was magical!
