Everything was excellent. We had some problems understanding how to use the TV and One of the reps from Coldwell Bankers came same day and personally helped us. Plus she had excellent information about the condo and really helped us settle into our vacation ocean front condo

We Love Polo Beach

The location was fabulous. Having the beach right out front was terrific. We also had access to the hotel next-door in one of the cabana for the days we were there. Condo was nice with a lot of nice touches that made our stay very convenient.Communication with the property manager was poor. We had difficulty upon arrival with the provided access codes, and did not receive a response to the next day, saying that they did not see our message. I also asked for some special accommodations due to my mother’s disability, none of which were granted or even responded to. The office staff at Polo Beach was quite unhelpful as well. The parking situation was ridiculous there. I was assured that parking or handicap vehicle would not be a problem, but received parking violation notices daily. Condo is great. Property and on site management was a disappointment.

Beautiful location in great property

We loved everything about our stay. The views were spectacular. The unit is very well maintained. The access to the beach is very convenient. We enjoyed a day at the pool - it was very nice. The parking is convenient, and the area has everything you could want. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Gorgeous views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The view is amazing and the condo had everything my family of five needed. The bunk room was comfortable for our teens and we all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying the gorgeous views. Quick walk along the beach walkway to the shopping area and for fun. Definitely want to return.

Terrific Condo at Polo Beach Club

The condo is fantastic. Front and center of Polo Beach. We watched whales from the lanai and beautiful skies during sunset. Easy access to a quiet and clean beach. The unit is well maintained and has everything you need.

Absolutely beautiful location but unit in need of updates

We have stayed at Polo Beach Club for the past three years but sadly will switch units next year. While the location is 5 stars the unit itself is in need of updates. The lanai furniture is getting old and the doors leading to it are difficult to open and close. The cooktop is worn and pitted. The master bed is not that comfortable. The area rug beneath the master bed is worn and should be replaced. The tiling on the floor of the master bathroom looks moldy and should be replaced. The mirror wall is quite dated as well. We absolutely love this location and love staying at Polo Beach Club. We would gladly return to this unit if updates are done.

Polo Beach Club

An amazing condo complex. Super clean and well organized. Very open and friendly and people running the complex. Very private and quiet location. Our rental condo had everything we needed. Polo Beach in it self. . Not to big and not to small. Just right. Great sand beach for laying around or water play. Also a great reef for snorkeling on one side of the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Nice but overpriced!

Nice condo, nice location, beautiful beach very close but this place is way, way overpriced! 2 bedrooms, not huge, second bedroom very basic. Too expensive!! Oh....and did I mention it was overpriced!

Excellent location, condo, and view!

Pictures do not do justice. The view is absolutely perfect and the beach is very nice. Location is absolutely the best. I highly recommend this condo. Everything inside was as pictures and/or better than pictured. Only complain, it may be personal preference, we thought the master bed was uncomfortable. Honestly, we would stay here again regardless of bed because the location and view are perfect.

Beautiful views and beach but the condo is outdated.

The patio and views are gorgeous. The interior could use some renovations as it’s outdated. There were no body boards or umbrellas available in the unit but there were beach chairs. The aged carpet in the bedroom should be removed and the bathrooms need renovating. The air conditioning in the second bedroom works too high and the air conditioning in the master barely works. Also when the air conditioning turns on the vents vibrate creating a noise all night when trying to sleep. For the amount we paid I was expecting a more updated condo which was disappointing.

Best vacation ever!

Exceeded expectations on every level. I've been to hawaii 25+ times over the years. Stayed at condos and luxury hotels. This unit, right on the water, tastefully decorated, well equipped, very clean - right next to the Fairmont, the Four Seasons and Waldorf properties was the best location and by far the best value.

Polo Beach 405

Beautiful oceanfront condo in immaculate condition. The beach is outstanding and a mere 50 steps or so from the unit. Lovely place to stay. Coldwell Banker very responsive and helpful.
