Exactly as described. Perfect for a couple

We've stayed at this address with our full family in the past(different unit). This time it was just me and my wife and this 1 bedroom unit was perfect as our launch pad each day. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication with the host was excellent.

Great condo/Great location

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 7 days and we loved it! We rented a vehicle and everything was was close by and easy to get to. Completely met our expectations.

Wonderful place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean, comfortable and updated. Nicer than many places I've stayed for the price so I was thrilled that it was as nice as it was! The bed was very comfortable. The owners communicated promptly and very thoughtfully and generously stocked the place with everything you'd need from soap and shampoo to beach supplies. They didn't miss a thing! I loved having my coffee on the balcony. My daughter lives within a mile of the condo and her in laws stay at this complex whenever they visit so I already knew the location was great. My daughter commented that this apartment was nicer than any her in laws had stayed at. It's near lots of great bars and restaurants but they're not in walking distance. I always rent a car. I think Kihei is the place to stay because it's in the center of everything you'll want to see and do and you are mingling with the locals instead of staying at a resort that looks like every other resort with palm trees. It's on the water so the views of sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. I drove to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island that were 15-20 minutes away. This is a perfect place to stay and the price is reasonable for what you're getting. When I read reviews that say it's not the beaches of Wailea, it's true but it's absolutely lovely for the price I wanted to pay. If you stay on the water in Wailea you are looking at $700 + a night. I was thrilled with this place and would definitely stay again!

As advertised

The condo it awesome from an updates/ provided items standpoint. Very clean and exactly as advertised. The only thing to be aware of is you are pretty far from the bars/restaurants/resorts. If we did it again we would probably have traded oceanfront for closer to Wailea.

Great stay!

This condo is clean and equipped with everything you might need. It is close to many restaurants. Even though we didn’t use them, the amenities were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location to get around.

Very clean with modern appliances and WiFi. Great location if you rent a car with easy access to most parts of the island. Kihei has grocery stores, plenty of shopping, and great food. Easy access to the beach and pool area. We enjoyed our stay!

Not What We Expected

I have to say this wasn't quite what we were expecting. The photos are deceiving. The tower this unit is in is set back quite a ways from the ocean. There are multiple balconies in view, along with the pool and courtyard inbetween the other buildings, which were cropped out of the photos. There is no washer and dryer as listed. There is a community coin operated laundry. The couch is in desperate need of being replaced. The springs are shot. When you sit down you fall in, then have to climb out. I sat on a pillow all week to be able get up from the couch. That is the only seating other than 8 straight back dining chairs/barstools. A big annoyance is the return air vent is in the living room and it roars, making it hard to hear the TV over it. The bedroom closet is filled with stuff that should be in the storage closet. Good luck hanging a dress in there. The upgraded kitchen and the welcome basket were really nice, and the floors are beautiful. The location of the complex is convenient. I didn't communicate with the property manager, but I had to put a rating.

Perfect location and place

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and the condo was just at the perfect location. The mountains on your left and the ocean view on your straight on the left from the porch. 10/10 would come back to this exact place again too!

Beautifully updated condo. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Great to be so close to the beach. Really comfortable King bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location-Loved the Vibe

The property and condo amenities are as described and we had a great view of the ocean and pool area. The bed is comfy, tv viewing options are great (if you have time to watch tv/movies, etc. There are good places to eat within walking distance, and grocery stores too if you want to cook.

PERFECT

This was an amazing property with every amenity needed. It really is all about location, and this was perfect. Centrally located in Kihei, but not directly in town so it was quiet and peaceful for morning breakfast on the lanai, and evening sunsets on a beach on the property that was basically deserted. No busy streets to cross, only a beautifully maintained grassy area. The highlight of the property is the 5th-floor "welcome committee" named Barry. He was so helpful! Wonderful to talk to and so many helpful suggestions. He is a retired resident who likes to keep the 5th floor spotless. He was always out there with a broom! This truly was the best property we've ever stayed in while on Maui, and I've visited about 10 times.
