Musty smell especially in the bathroom. Coffee maker was dirty. Bed was hard on the back. Rug in the bathroom was suspicious. No safe for keeping valuables. Air movement was good and a/c unit was very quiet compared tp the neighbours unit.

Peaceful easy feelings

The property is located across the street and is easily accessible by foot. The pools are not heated so that was disappointing but still a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Maui Experience!

The Maui Vista was very equipped with anything we needed for our stay and very comfortable! Beaches (and shopping!) were super accessible which was awesome and we loved the Kihei area ! We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you!

Great spot in Kihei

This was a great little spot in Kihei! Easy walk to the beach and some breakfast spots/shops. The apartment is cozy. My boyfriend and I had a great trip! Matthew was super easy to communicate with to get our plans in motion!

Great stay

I am a light sleeper so asked the owner about the noise as the unit is close to the street. He assured me that he had put in new double pane windows and a split system heat pump and it would not be a problem. He was right, it was quiet and having a heat pump rather than the old air conditioner in the window made all the difference. We slept well and were very comfortable only having to use the air conditioning about 30 minutes each day. Highly recommend great place for a great price.

Location location location

This excellent property offers a prime beachfront location, just a short walk from the shore. The condo is well-equipped with numerous amenities for a perfect beach day and is notably quiet. Both the condo and its facilities, like the barbecues, are top-notch. The owner was also very accommodating and responsive. However, the condo's small size limits storage for personal items, as most spaces are already filled. A suggestion would be to reduce decorative items and clear out unnecessary duplicates, especially in the kitchen where a set of sharp knives would be a great addition. This would be particularly helpful for longer stays. Overall, the minor issues are overshadowed by the condo's many positives. We are grateful to our host for a fantastic 15-day stay in Maui.

Très beau condo situé au premier niveau. Tout près de la piscine. Le site est très propre et calme. La plage est à 2 minutes de marche! Les équipements dans le condo et pour la plage sont très complets. Une place à retenir pour un retour à Maui.

Great Spot

Perfect place for a vacation. Host communicates everything quickly and clearly. The condo has all the amenities you need, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, lots of dishes and utensils, small appliances including a rice maker, which was great for cooking up quick stirfry meals. The units upgaded windows, AC and plenty of fans keep the place cool and pretty quiet. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks. Would definitely rent again, five stars!

Wonderful Stay

This condo is in excellent condition and very close to all attractions in the area. We were able to walk to the beach and local resturants from the condo. The host was an excellent communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

Cute place, great amenities and close to beach.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and provided great amenities including beach gear and access to a Weber grill. We were so close to Charley Young Beach we walked down and watched amazing sunsets nightly.

Beautiful honeymoon

Bed was big and comfy, balcony/lanai was peaceful, beach right across the street, quiet neighbors, kitchen stocked, etc. Everything we needed was there and we would definitely stay again. Dishes from previous tenants needed some attention, but everything else was clean and perfect! Five stars!

Perfect, peaceful Kihei

This well-appointed and well-equiped property was perfect for the relaxing end of a long travel journey. We could have easily accessed much more activity, but since we didn't want or need to, we had the pool just steps from our door, and the beech just across the street. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. There are tennis courts (and equipment supplies by the unit owner) which was a great extra. Beach chairs and snorkelling equipment helped too. We'll be back!
