This condo is an excellent choice. The hosts are very responsive and the condo is close to the beach, many restaurants, and lots of other activities. We particularly enjoyed the furniture, which is very comfortable. We highly recommend this condo if you want to stay in Kihei.

Very great experience overall, loved the view of the sunset and at night hearing the waves crashing. Everything needed to go to the beach was there as well and made going to the beaches way easier.

First trip to Maui

Our family, myself my 2 sons and fiancé had a wonderful stay at Lynn and Andrews condo in Kihei. The location was fabulous, centrally located. 25 minutes from the airport and most beaches and tourist places were within an hour 0r 1.5 hr drive . Local shops, snorkel and surfboard rental and restaurants were very close and only a 20 minute walk to the Kihei food truck park and Foodland.The condo was stocked with everything needed to cook and had a well stocked cupboard of spices and almost everything needed to cook. They even provided BBQ tongs and array of utensils to BBQ on the rooftop. Also, so wonderful where the beach chairs, wagon , and boogie boards and noodles to use at the beach.It was our first time and I had researched a few towns on the island to stay and was so happy with Kihei. The beach is very close. a couple minutes walking distance as well as the ABC store. Will definitely return to this property on the next trip to Maui. Highly recommended!

A great stay at KBR!

This was our 3rd time staying in this complex, and you really can't beat it! This condo was fairly well-equipped, and was very tidy. We had to reach out to the hosts a couple times while were there, and they were always quick to respond.

Wonderful in Every Way

The condo was clean, well outfitted with any kind of item you would need for in the condo, and also for the beach. The owners were easy to get ahold of and all of the workers in the condo were friendly too. The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean!Thank you for a wonderful stay, we truly had a relaxing time.

First time in Maui

Great location in Maui, very comfortable accommodations. Equipped well, it had every thing we needed. Nice view of the ocean. Highlight- we watched the sunset from the rooftop deck all 3 nights with others. Will definitely be back.

Our trip to Kihei was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The location was the best, walking distance to everything. Everyone we met at the property was so friendly and helpful. They loved sharing their favourite spots, which we loved. Weather is hot and no wind. Beach is beautiful and right across the road.

Wonderful condo, great hosts, perfect location!

We felt very comfortable in this condo from the very first moment. We had a wonderful time here. The condo is perfectly equipped and lovingly decorated. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the location just a few steps from the lovely beach, the beach chairs and parasol. Moreover there are guidebooks, games, books, bodyboards and even reef-friendly sunscreen was provided. Every morning and evening we enjoyed the sea breeze and the view from our Lanei. The hosts are very friendly. They responded very quickly to our questions at all times. We can definitely recommend this condo to everyone. We will choose this unit again next time for sure. Thank you for everything.

Lovely condo in south Kihei

My husband & I loved staying at this well-equipped condo. Great area - right across the street from the lovely Kam 1 beach, many great shops & restaurants within walking distance. Exactly as advertised. Great communicative hosts and easy (keycode) check-in. Lovely lanai with ocean views, and the BBQ + social area on the rooftop patio was a dream for drinking a beer and watching the sun set. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home base to explore Maui

We stayed at Andrew and Lynn’s property in the first week of March with our two kids, 3 and 5. We could not have asked for a better home base from which to explore Maui! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, a lifejacket for our youngest, binoculars for whale watching, in-unit laundry, and more. We rented a car so were able to explore many different beaches and could have gone anywhere on the island. We went to a beach almost every day and ended up in the pool when we’d return from the beach. Our kids had a blast and it felt like a real break from our hectic lives! The residents and other guests staying in the complex were all very nice and welcoming. It was March break for us and there were many other families staying in the complex, too. All of us enjoyed eating all our meals on the Lanai. And the kids loved watching people swim in the pool from there, too. On our first night we ate at Maui Fish ‘n Chips, in Dolphin Plaza right across the street from the complex. The cod fish ‘n chips was delicious and so light. And the tuna poke was also great - and spicy - yum! We went back a couple of times since it was so good and so reasonably priced. Mahalo, Andrew and Lynn, for renting out your place - it made for a fantastic getaway!!

The accommodations were wonderful and perfect for spending time at the beach, which is a short walk from the condo. The owners thoughtfully provided beach gear which made going to the beach a delightful experience. They even had sunblock available! We loved spending time on the lanai and watching the sunset from the roof was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a great spot!

We had such a wonderful Anniversary trip! The location was amazing and we found so many hidden gems near the resort to eat at that had healthier options. The bed and furniture is so comfortable and that really helped us, as both my husband and I have chronic pain issues. Flights are usually pretty hard on us so we were extremely grateful for the comfy bed and awesome recliner! We are looking forward to returning soon and would definitely want to stay in the same unit again. Andrew is so pleasant and helpful and answers messages very quickly. Kihei is our happy place! Highly recommend this resort. It was easy to book, check in, and check out. We want to give a big MAHALO!

Perfect Location in Kihei

This condo served as our first stop on our honeymoon and it was a great place to be for five days. A one-minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of food, coffee, shops, etc within walking distance. The rooftop was our favorite part... we grilled dinner and got to eat with an amazing view of the sunset. Our only complaint would be the AC unit was getting mildewy and let off a musty smell when used. Still highly recommend this awesome condo!

Perfect Location!

This property was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with my friends for our first time in Maui. The location was spectacular with the most gorgeous beach and sunset right across the street. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The place was perfect for 4. The pull out couch mattress wasn’t the best but they never are. King mattress was very comfortable and so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Cannot wait to visit again!

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool which made it quite noisy in the early evenings with kids playing at the pool which closes at 9.

Relaxing Getaway

The first time in over 40 years that I have been away for Christmas. The accommodations were very good and a excellent location to shopping, the beach, but you do need a car if you want to explore the island and go to Costco.
