Manager neglected to send us the passcode for the front door. Had to contact the owner after we arrived at the property. It took about 45 minutes of waiting in the parking lot before we could gain access to the unit. The property manager apparently forgot to send it????Upon getting entry we determined that the WiFi password was incorrect. After contacting the owner again, she had the correct new password that the manager was unaware of. Once we had the correct WiFi password we found that there was an issue with the WiFi. It intermittently would work and then stop working for five to 10 minutes. It was a huge pain that we had to deal with during our 3.5 day stay.Get a manager you does their job!!

We had a great stay at the condo. The location was perfect. The condo was spotless and the amenities very useful, especially all the beach equipment. And thanks for the snacks and candy that were there when we arrived.

This is a beautiful, very large one bedroom condo with a wonderful view. Three great beaches are just minutes within walking distance. Enjoyed the great snorkeling available at the nearby beaches. It was great having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. There was a problem initially with a broken down bed, but both the host and property manager worked as quickly as possible to deliver a new bed. All worked out well in the end and I would definitely stay here again.

The A/C in the bedroom didn’t work but was fixed later in the stay. The fold out bed was horrible so I just slept on the couch, better but not good. The beach umbrellas were both broken so I had to rent one. The TV screen worked but management was unable to tell me how to get to the Spectrum channel guide. Then came the ants which woke me up at 3am because they were all over me. Had to shower them off but still came back. Aside from that, had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed Breakfast on the lanai every morning. Was nice to have a kitchen with everything we needed to make meals. The lanai felt very private and was so relaxing to lounge in the comfortable lawn chairs. The condo is in a perfect location close to everything, walking or driving. The pools were awesome! The condo was spacious and comfortable. The only downfall was the air conditioner in bedroom wasnt working well and it got kind of warm. The bed was very comfortable andvwe loved the condo supplied chairs, cooler. Both beach umbrellas were broken so we bought one and left it behind for others to use. We had a very lovely and relaxing stay and look forward to coming back!!

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay at Sam's condo! It was very spacious and clean. Our daughter used the sofa bed and we took the bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient with a preteen girl. It was nice to drink our coffee on the lanai each morning and enjoy the view. There were plenty of beach toys and floaties for snorkeling available at the condo. The proximity to the beach was excellent! Restaurants and stores were within walking distance. We did wake up early each morning to a rooster crowing outside the bedroom witch we could have done without but it's Maui so what can you do- there's chickens everywhere. This is a downstairs unit so keep that in mind if that will bother you. It didn't bother us! We would definitely stay here again. If you want great space for the price, sray at Sam's!

Condo was beautiful and so well stocked with everything we needed for the stay and beach fun. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of supplies for guests of all ages. The view from the lanai was my favorite spot. I didn’t hear back from the property managers when I emailed a question (the tv situation can use some directions haha) and the pool rules (condo’s, not the owners) are so strict that my kids were afraid to go in it, but otherwise, absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend and stay again. Right across from Kihei boat ramp, if you’re doing tours, and great beaches. Lots of food nearby. We had a couple of turtles join us on our last day at Kamaole II. Great place!

Maui Kamaole Gem!

This unit was exactly how described. The large unit worked out well for our family of four. It included all amenities you would expect including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. The grounds, pools and location in Kihei were awesome. Great communication with the host and she was very accommodating! We'll be back!

Perfect Location!

My wife and I had an amazing week here! Minutes from the beaches, and a short walk into town for everything we needed. We were so happy with the condo… What a perfect location… We are plotting our next escape already! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic place

The property was beautiful, we loved the upper pool, and the unit was even better in person than the pictures. We loved lounging on the lanai and the convenience of cooking and BBQing. It was close to so many beaches and wonderful restaurants. Having beach chairs and a cooler was fantastic. The owner and property manager were fast to respond to any questions and small issues. They went over the top to be helpful. An incredible vacation.
