Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. So close to so much. Kitchen had all that we needed. Was so glad for a 2nd bathroom while travelling with a teenage girl! The condo came with a lot of beach chairs, a wagon to haul them with and a couple of beach towels. There were also some toys and flippers for the littles. The complex was so well maintained. Beautiful!We had amazing communication with all involved. The only negative I have is the cushions on the wicker furniture. Very thin and not the most comfortable.I would highly recommend this unit.Thank you!!

The best place to stay in Kihei.

This is our third time at Kamaole Sands, and where I always recommend friends book. This condo was an excellent location. Great views and easy to get to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was clean had lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I loved the extra chairs and beach gear in the outside closet. Check in process was very easy and I had never used the concierge service at the pool, which worked out perfect. We rented boogie boards for a very reasonable price for the week and they were so easy to return before we left. The check-in with the rental agency was excellent. Perfect communication and directions as well as timely emails when it was close to checkout. This was a very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities and would highly recommend.

Good location, nice pool setup. Very old original air conditioners. Living room unit had to be on non-stop or it got too hot. Bedroom portable got room cold but was too noisy to have on when sleeping. Otherwise adequate but unit far less updated than two others family were in.

Wonderful Condo!

Our family stay in this condo was lovely. The checkin and checkout was easy with clear instructions. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good and the view very lovely for early morning and evenings sitting on the lanai. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We appreciated the great location!

Relax and enjoy

We love staying at Kamaole Sands! Condo 2-204 was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The rental company was very quick to respond to our few questions. All we had to do was relax and enjoy beautiful Maui!

Nice condo with a couple annoyances

Overall this a good condo in a great location within the Kamaole Sands complex. Some of the main positives are the location right across the street from Kam 3 beach and short drive to all south Maui beaches. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are very well kept and this condo has a nice view from building 2. The kitchen in the condo is very nice and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the TV and cable package in the unit including bedroom TV. Some of the negatives with the unit are the pull out couch has very little support and needs to be replaced (we ended up just putting our 2 kids on the floor was more comfortable for them. This unit has one of the smaller lanais and the 2 chairs are very uncomfortable (there are some beach chairs however which we used most days and appreciated). The other issue was the main AC unit in the condo is on a manual shutoff timer you need to keep resetting. Wasn’t a huge deal but woke up a couple days pretty warm in the unit. Last minor annoyance is the wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with a little maintenance and some replaced furniture this would be a 5-star condo I would recommend.

Quiet and peaceful surroundings

We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the peaceful and manicured landscaping. Many other properties had to look at parking lots, but this development was well planned so all units look at the landscaping. The unit was quiet and well stocked with all appliances needed to have a fun vacation. We could never hear any neighbors so that was a plus.

Condo Review

Condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with with cooking utensils and accessories. They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use and a variety of ice chests. The TV had several good movie channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The condo was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent form them again. The only negative was the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well but was a bit noisy. It didn't bother me but I could see it would bother some people

Amazing Place To Stay!

This place looks just like the pictures! It has all of the amenities one would need. Great location for all activities. It was just a short walk to the beaches and places to shop and eat. Centrally located for all other activities of hiking and checking out other beaches on the west and south side of Maui. The complex was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay here again

Great spot!

As advertised! Great communication with the management company made check in super easy. The unit was spotless upon arrival. It was also well supplied with anything you need from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and all the beach gear you need is right there. Location is great and a short walk to restaurants and shops and close to Wailea. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. The grounds of the property were nice and well maintained. We would recommend this place as we would definitely stay there in the future!

Beautiful Property

Condo was in a great location across from Kamaole 3 beach-great for swimming, snorkeling, body-surfing and manned with very active lifeguards. Grounds are meticulous and the views from the lanai are amazing. The unit was recently remodeled and it is very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed during our 11 day stay. Plenty of beach gear provided, which was a plus! Our only disappointment was the unit was not as clean as we're accustomed to with other vacation rentals. We notified the mgmt company and they were quick to work with us and resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again!!
