Amazing condo--light filled, roomy and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our week stay. So glad we chose this open, high ceiling condo since we spent more time in it than planned as we visited during the Kona storm and had a day of shelter in place followed by rainy days. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and extra condiments and spices. Kids loved the loft. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Two-bedroom, loft and two bath in Kihei

Located in our favorite complex just above Kamaole I Beach/Park. Short walk down the hill to this beautiful gem. Host had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, cooler and towels to make the beach visit even more enjoyable. Lots of nearby restaurants, take-out and our new favorite, the food trucks at South Maui Gardens. Boss Frogs next door has bikes, golf clubs and snorkel gear. Something for everyone in the family and an easy walk.Short walk to the Kihei boat launch for whale watching or snorkeling with Redline, our favorite.Make sure you hit Costco on arrival and use the nearby Safeway as needed. If you drink the hard stuff, which we don't, alcohol at Costco is scary cheap. Befriend the many incredibly friendly Canadians at the pool, BBQs or beach. Nicest people in the world.Everything was wonderful. Plenty of space for six adults and two infants. Washer and dryer as well as coffee filters and first days coffee.We will try to stay here again. Grace was very helpful.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful, excellent location near the beach, near restaurants and food trucks. The only downside is the condo is on 4th floor, there is elevator but located at the other side of the unit. The property manager responded quick for questions. I recommend this place.

The property was clean and in a prime location, walkable distance to some amazing beaches and shops. Wonderful place to stay in and the hosts were very accommodating and they responses were prompt. We will definitely come back.

Amazing location, 2 min walk to great beach and shops. The condo was well stocked with multiple beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and beach towels. Would stay again at this condo!

Location Location Location

Our family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property. It is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and several restaurants and shops. It was also only a short drive to the boat ramps where we had booked a snorkeling tour and kayak tour, The lanai provides a beautiful view to the ocean and wonderful tropical bird songs as we enjoyed our breakfast. We were able to enjoy the nice hot tub and pool as well. We slept comfortably and soundly and appreciated the handy kitchen to make a few meals. There was a few times we needed to communicate with the host and they were very responsive and helpful. If we ever visit Maui again, we'd definitely book here again!

Sehr schön, aber ...

Sehr schöne Lage des Appartements im 4. Stock. Sehr geräumig mit grossem Balkon. Dort steht auch ein Tisch und Stühle zum gemeinsamen Aufenthalt (Frühstück, Essen etc.). Im Appartement gibt es keinen Tisch/Stühle zum gemeinsamen Aufenthalt. Nach der Buchung der Wohnung verlangt die Verwaltering/Eigentümerin des Appartements den Abschluss einer Haftpflichtversicherung bei einer amerikanischen Versicherung. Ohne diese wird die Buchung nicht akzeptiert. Etwas aussergewöhnlich ist, dass man am Ende des Aufenthaltes sämtliche benutzte Hand-/Strandtücher selbst waschen und trocknen muss. Dazu liegen Hinweise aus und die Verwalterin weist einen mehrmals per Kontakt darauf hin. Dies haben wir bisher noch nirgends so erlebt.

Very nice

The condo is as described. More spacious than it looks in pictures. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. No issues with the stay. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, even if you use the elevator. Yes, you have to be organized on the morning of checkout to get all of your chores done… towels washed and folded, beds stripped, fridge cleaned out, sand swept up, trash taken out. We were a group of 5 adults and made quick work of it. Overall, lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo, it was as expected. We didn't have any issues with anything, but If you have any issues, Grace is ready and available to immediately take care of anything. I highly recommend this condo.

It was a good rental for the money and closeness to the beach.

The #1 thing that should be clarified is how this rental sleeps 9. There are 4 beds total and one futon/cushion thing. So, if all 4 beds have 2 people and a child is sleeping on the futon cushions, 9 will sleep very comfortably. Especially considering you don't vacation on Maui to stay inside, the close quarters wont matter. Just note that if you have 9 adults, you likely won't love the sleeping arrangement. It was fine for us with 2 kids and one small teen. It's within walking distance to a lot of good food and a super nice beach. Grace was easy to get ahold of with questions.

Convenient, well stocked. Well-priced. Owner came twice during our 4 night stay to pick something up. I've never had that happen during a vrbo stay before. Note - All towels had to be washed and dried before you left meaning many hours spent last morning just sitting waiting for this.

An amazing property

Our stay in Maui was made extra special while staying at Graces condo. It really had everything we needed and I was delighted it had an electric kettle to make tea. I love tea. There were plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The condo is very clean and comfortable and really well equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful stay at the condo and hope to return soon.

Grace's place in Kihei was paradise!

Grace's condo in Kihei has everything needed to enjoy a vacation in Maui. When it comes to location, Kihei was a great location to enjoy the beaches, activities, and restaurants. It was central to all locations so you can go to anywhere from there and easily. The condo was perfect for us 9 guests. It was my parents, my wife, 3 boys, and my uncle and aunt. We stayed upstairs, the boys were in the living area, and the older ones had their own rooms. The swimming pool and hot tub on location was a highlight after a long day out and about enjoying Maui. I would love to visit again. Grace was quick to respond and super helpful!
