I was sad to leave.

This condo was clean, nicely updated and organized. A place for everything and everything in its place. My heart fluttered. The pillows and bed were wonderful! The location on Sugar Beach was amazing. It was almost like having a private 3 mile stretch of the softest sand all to yourself!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It’s beautiful, clean, in a great location and it had beach supplies that helped us enjoy our stay even more. The resort is very family oriented and we will definitely come here again. The owners were great to work with and communicated very well. I recommend this location and condo for anyone coming to visit Maui.

Great beachfront stay!

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom beachfront condo. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, listening to the waves and the breeze. Easy to get to town for restaurants and shopping.

Relaxing. Beautiful sunsets

The condo was very clean. Looked out over the ocean. The beach was wonderful to walk in in the am especially. Husband swam in the ocean and went rowing with Kihei rowing club which was a big treat for him. Kitchen was well stocked and beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear were available. Perfect relaxing vacation and we found some great food in Kihei. Close to everything we wanted to explore with hiking also.

Great unit, great location & view

We've stayed in 10 different locations around Kihei over time and this was the best view and enjoyed the ability to hear the sound of the waves though the night. Sugar beach is always a great place to walk and this location has great access to swim and snorkel with easy access into the water.

Picture Perfect View

The view is spectacular. The condo included many amenities that we did not anticipate like beach toys, chairs, sunscreen. and other useful items. The pool is nice and the other guests are amiable. I recommend water shoes for the beach. Overall the condo gets a top rating from us.

Great Lanai on Sugar Beach

Nice, comfortable condo with a great lanai overlooking Sugar Beach. A wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and sunset with fav beverage, as well as easy access to take a stroll on the beach. Resort is a quick 20 minutes from airport, easy access to Kihei and points south where we spent the bulk of our time. Owners were quick to reply and answered all questions. There were beach chairs and a cooler which we used. Kitchen fully stocked. Great internet for iPads, cable tv was so so. Watch the fees if shopping around, they were 60% of advertised price for us. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

North Kihei

Outside of building looks old. But the PH Apt has been nicely remodeled. Very quiet inside. The grounds are very clean. Pool is nice. Super easy beach front access. Felt very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our condo was super clean with modern amenities and easy check in/out process. We enjoyed sitting on the nice lanai watching the beautiful ocean. We plan on coming back in the future and trying to stay in this condo!

Breathtaking

The room was just as pictured. View from balcony was amazing. Right on the beach. Nice grassy area to sit on with sandy beach just steps away. Room had everything we needed. I'll definitely book again.

Whales, whales, whales!

We had the most wonderful week here! Every morning we’d watch the whales from our lanai. It never got old! Great pool area, and great sandwiches at Dina’s! Quiet condo community away from all the busy hotels. Kitchen was fully stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Condo is perfect for 2 people! Just gorgeous!

The whales were great

Our Beautiful Week

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was in this beautiful Sugar Beach resort property. The process was simple getting in and out, the hosts were phenomenal to work with, and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. The location is absolutely perfect and we plan on staying here again when we return to Maui the next time.

Beautiful Beach and Centralized Location on Maui

We loved this condo, sitting on our lanai, listening to the waves and soaking in the view enjoying our breakfast and a night cap in the evening. The beach is just steps from the condo and was great for swimming, walking, and relaxing. The location of the condo on the island was great but you need a car. 10 min to Kihei , 15 min to airport, 20 min to Paia, and 30 min to Lahaina. We didn’t mind the drives. We made a number of day trips around the island from this location. The condo itself was as described and very well equipped with beach equipment and the comforts of home. Also there is a shop right on the resort grounds where you can rent snorkel gear and book tour packages, we utilized this for snorkel gear (good prices). We had almost everything we needed (minus a coffee grinder for our Kona coffee, this would have been a nice added touch for the unit). The kitchen, living room, and bedroom were great. The bathroom is part of the bedroom but has a big sliding door if you want additional privacy. It is very functional and worked fine for us. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Maui again in the future.

Just perfect!!

We are so glad we picked this place. The unit was very nice and clean. The views were exactly what we were wanting. Sitting on the lanai you can see so much and enjoy taking it all in. Very relaxing and a great place to start the day eating breakfast and then end the day watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
