The best place to stay with an amazing view everyday. Lovely balcony fully open sliding doors to inside. Comfortable beds and furniture. Had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Beautiful property close to walk to beach. Toys and boogie board for our kids to play. Beach chairs. I could not ask for more… only to come visit again.

The city no longer allows barbecues on the lanais or decks of condominiums due to the fire danger. The complex provided community grills which were very clean and well maintained, but for years I have enjoyed grilling on the lanais and miss the convenience. Not the owners doing however.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Paul's condo and can't wait for another trip to Maui in the future! We've stayed in The Palms condo community before and love the views, pool, and grounds. On this trip we spent most of our time enjoying the lovely pool, but also appreciated easy access to the beach. It is also very easy to drive into Kihei for dinner or to one of the restaurants in Wailea. We will be back again!

Great views and stay

We had a good time at this location. The sunset views are great. The condo was clean. The check in and checkout process was easy. Several places to eat close by. And it’s not noisy at all. Easy walk to the beach or drive to some nice secluded beach locations. Will stay here again.

Simply the best!

Based on the photos and reviews we had very high expectations for our stay and they were still exceeded! From the communication and professionalism of the property manager to the incredible location and views! You have world class beaches, shopping and restaurants minutes away from the comforts of a luxury condo, with priceless views! There isn't a place on the island with better views of Maui's famous sunsets than right there on your lanai. Whether you're just looking to relax and recharge or for a vacation full of fun and adventure, this is the place to be!

Beautiful sunsets in Waliea

This property was a definite 10/10. The location was wonderful, just a short distance from great beaches and convenient shopping and dining. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the lanai (outdoor patio). In addition, the pool and hot tub were so nice to enjoy at the end of the day. I was worried about only having a/c in the master bedroom but the fans with open windows was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to be back again myself.
