We had a fantastic stay at Jon’s place. The condo is nicely laid out, beautifully appointed, and well taken care of. Everything functions as it should. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of linens and towels. The “starter packs” are generous and we had more than enough detergent and paper products to last our 2.5 week stay. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening happy hour on the patio. The vast complex is situated in Wailea on Keawakapu Beach. The grounds are lovely and the view spectacular. The beach is beautiful and easily swimmable. The main, heated pool and clubhouse area is lively, with many people going down in the evenings to enjoy the sunset. The 3 smaller pools are also lovely, with one in very close proximity to Jon’s unit; however, the smaller pools are not heated.Jon is an attentive host who was readily available to answer questions and who dealt with a minor plumbing issue as soon as it was brought to his attention. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Parking is unassigned, with spots always available. One thing to be aware of is that the main pool is a bit of a hike from the condo, and it is an uphill climb on the way back. This isn’t a dealbreaker for us, but might be a consideration for those with mobility issues or young children.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo with Jon again. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was a standout.
