Next stay already booked! We’ve been staying at the Mana Kai Maui for 20 years, in various units. However, we found this stunning unit about 7 years ago, and have now stayed multiple times. Not only is this unit on the prime end of the building, it has also been completely remodeled, beautifully updated. And each time we return, they’ve improved something more (this time new TV and mattresses). The owners are wonderful, super responsive and communicative. Their property manger is on it! He’s helped us arrange things, answer questions, and always makes sure our stay is 5-stars!

This was our third time staying at this property and it’s always amazing! The location is perfectly situated between Wailea and Kīhei and the restaurants near the property are fantastic. The condo is luxurious (nicely updated with modern finish outs) and quickly begins to feel like home! It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We love spending time at the beach and enjoying the lawn chairs available to condo guests and residents. The staff at the property are great and the residents you meet are very friendly. It’s become a yearly tradition for our family to spend time at this property and we hope to continue that tradition in the years ahead. John and Sara are amazing hosts and we know that you’ll have a great experience if you choose to book your vacation at their Mana Kai condo.

10/10 would recommend! Best condo at the Mana Kai hands down.The 402 is stunning with front row seats to gorgeous shades of blue ocean waves, palm trees, and pristine beaches for miles to feast your eyes for days! The condo is clean with top notch amenities and unique design. Photos really do no justice to what you truly experience. John and Sara are excellent hosts, which is a huge plus. We had such a fantastic first time in Maui and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home:)

We had a wonderful stay at Mana Kai. The oceanfront views and waking up to sound of waves was amazing. The pictures are no exaggeration. John & Sara were super responsive and welcoming. Location in Kihei made it easy to travel upcountry to Wailea and to Kapalua. Kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome basket was wonderful. Perfect for our family of 4. The unit itself is fully updated and felt like staying in a beautiful hotel suite. Look forward to coming again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts John and Sara are amazing! The minute you walk in you can see the crystal clear, tourquoise ocean and beautiful sandy beach, through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two of my favorite things were sitting out on the lanai and going to sleep on the very comfortable pillow top mattress. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed being located close to the nice restaurants of Wailea and all the shopping we wanted in Kihei. We will be coming back again and I would highly recommend this home to all of my friends and family.

Amazing Vacation!

We had such an incredible time here in Maui! The sunsets, beach and condo were all perfect. It had everything that we needed for our stay and the views each day were insane. Wonderful condo with a great view!

This condo was wonderful and we loved our time there. The view from the porch is amazing and we loved having all of our meals there. Also loved being able to have the doors open all night to hear the ocean waves. The beach is just steps away from the lobby and the small reef outside was also fun to snorkel. Check-in was easy and convenient.

Wonderful stay at Mana Kai

We had a wonderful time at John and Sara‘s condo at Mana Kai for our first visit to Maui! The views are so beautiful, and the condo was amazing! It was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room in the closets (with lots of hangers which was nice!). The bathrooms were well stocked and had plenty of bathroom counter space and drawers, and the kitchen also was very well stocked. The swimming at the beach and snorkeling right off the rocks was great (saw several sea turtles!), and it was easy to get a lounge chair to just relax by the ocean. John and Sara are very prompt wirh communication and helpful advice/recommendations. We were in Hawaii to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and loved our time spent here, and highly recommend John and Sara's condo! We couldn’t have picked a better place! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic stay at Mana Kai

Mana Kai was perfect for a family vacation. The unit works great for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The location and beach could not be beat. We were able to enjoy the ocean and waves, have incredible snorkeling (including swimming with sea turtles) and sea kayak out to see the humpback whales, all from the Mana Kai beach. John and Sara were great and would absolutely stay here again; the location and condo exceeded all expectations!

Exceptional condo at Mana Kai

The most updated, beautifully decorated condo we've stayed in at the Mana Kai. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and some excellent coffee. In addition, the welcome basket had assorted items, including a wine bottle. The closet area had lots of hooks to hang things, in addition to ample closet space. Highly recommend for adults.

Very nice condo with everything you might need. Hosts seem to take a lot of pride and care in keeping the unit at it's best for guests. Beautiful views from unit and balcony. Comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive and communicative. Easy and convenient beach access.
