This was a great spot for our family! The view out the lanai is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of bowls, plates, cups, etc. washer/dryer is great. The 3 twin beds were perfect for our 3 boys. The AC is a little confusing to operate (dial in the main room for big unit) but the main one in the living room is powerful and gets cool air up to the loft. The little unit in the bedroom works great too. 2 nice big fans too. Loved that there were chairs, boogie boards and a cooler to use. Also pool towels. We were really excited about the pool and rented pickle ball paddles from the office but didn’t get to do either since we were there during the storm of the century (insert eye roll) We even lost power for 14 hours. I think an individual host may have reached out during that time to make sure we were ok but I think the larger management group was inundated with issues across the island. I didn’t receive the original email with check in instructions but when I messaged they got back quickly with the info I needed. There’s a code so it’s really convenient. All messages through the VRBO site were responded to in a reasonable time. Love the location! Central to anything you want to do on the island. Beach across the street. Great shops and food options close. Unfortunately we were very limited with the weather but still enjoyed our time. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and there is a good beach across the street. Dryer was broken when we arrived which was a bummer, we packed light assuming we could do laundry. They replaced it the day before we left. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pans etc. was also nice to have beach chairs and cooler.

Loved everything except the air conditioning

My husband and I loved almost everything about our stay here. Phenomenal location, easy check-in and parking, responsive host, very well-provisioned apartment, clean, and spacious. Tennis courts were in good condition. Parking was easy. Apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to some of the best food trucks I’ve ever eaten at, and several cafes with good coffee. And the condo is located right across the street from the beach. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning in the master bedroom. As mentioned in another review, it is a loud, bulky, portable AC unit. In our experience these portable ACs are always loud. So, we slept upstairs in the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom (not ideal for a couple). It’s a loft bedroom, open to the living room, so the main AC in the apartment was enough to cool it down. If not for the master bedroom AC, I would give the apartment 5 stars.

Great Location

Great location in Kihei. Several beaches within walking distance. Stores, restaurants and food trucks all within walking distance. Airport was a short drive. The unit was on the top floor with nice view of ocean. Perfect for my family of 4. Unit and complex had all the necessary amenities.

Disappointing stay, AC issue in master bedroom

Host and I messaged before check-in, condo offers bed options for upstairs loft. Our party requested king bed and one single bed. Host and housekeeping had the loft set up with 3 single beds, not enough towels for 5 people and no soap in condo. The condo has 1 central AC unit, the master bedroom is at the entrance of the condo and is cooled with a portable AC unit the size of a large suit case set on the floor. The master bedroom also has a large floor fan to circulate the air. The portable AC unit was not working correctly and the noise from the AC unit sounded like an industrial vacuum cleaner running all night long. We could not sleep comfortably through the night because of the noise and the AC not working properly. Host was contacted by both me and VRBO and did not resolve the master bedroom AC problem. Host was vacationing in Belize. Vacations are meant to relax and to be enjoyable. Our stay at host’s condo was not relaxing or enjoyable. I was very disappointed in communication and lack of communication with the host and host not resolving AC issue.

Great location!

Location was perfect! Right across from a nice uncrowded beach and tons of walkable food and shopping options. View from the balcony is great and the condo was plentiful in supplies. We did have some issues, but Annie was helpful and responsive. We’d stay in this location again!

Top floor with ocean and sunset views

Nicely located. Beaches are across the street. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops are 15 minute walk. Well appointed condo with nice dishes, and pots and pans. Well equipped with boogie boards, mats and folding chairs that can be carried as backpacks. We played pickle ball on the well maintained tennis / pickleball courts. Noticed that equipment can be rented. Enjoyed the pool and surroundings. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Dishwasher was quiet. Convenient washer and dryer insuite. The complex is well maintained. Would stay here again.

Decent place to stay

The location of this condo is ideal. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street. There is a nice view from the balcony. The condo complex is on the older side, but is very clean with well-manicured grounds. The staff are all excellent and extremely friendly. The unit itself was fairly clean, comfortable and had the basic beach essentials, which is always nice. We had a party of five and paid an extra person fee, but there were only four beach chairs, one of which is falling apart as is the small cooler. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining in. There's no dining table, nor room for one, but we didn't mind too much. When we arrived the upstairs bathroom sink was clogged, but the owner responded fairly quickly and it was fixed the following day. Overall this is a decent little condo, the location is great and it has everything you need to enjoy a stay on Maui

Excellent Location and View!!

Loved the location and the view!! Annie was prompt with answers to any of our questions. Elevator was great for accessibility! Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our meals on the balcony. The upgraded AC provided us with cool sleeps, which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place and location

What a wonderful property! Just perfect for us and our teenage son. Very clean place, which is hard to do in a beach property. Walking distance to beach, to restaurants, to surf shops, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is my second stay here. The location is great, you can walk to all of Kihei, the room is clean, and the sunsets are amazing. Only request I would have would be to add an umbrella to the lanai! We'll definitely be back again!

A great getaway for Thanksgiving week

This property made our holiday easy since we could walk to the local beach (Charlie Young Park) for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Having beach chairs, sun umbrella and boogie boards at the condo was wonderful. Walking distance to a wonderful food truck or further to additional shops and restaurants, was helpful. When we did get in the car to drive further for even better snorkeling or groceries, it felt like a fun excursion. The condo was comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location!

Overall a great stay. A couple hiccups that Annie dealt with promptly, but the condo is as-advertised. The view is better than advertised! The air conditioners work well and the complex is well maintained with on-site security. A great beach for kids is mere steps away. The place could use a couple more essentials (food wrap, tin foil, Tupperware, extra towels) as well as a deep clean a bit more often, but would stay again.

Perfect for families

Great size and view for family of four with young adults! Close to good grocery stores, restaurants and great beaches. We did a 2 hour beaches walk every morning as a family. We were evacuated from the west side given the heartbreaking wildfires a few days before our stay. Annie was wonderful in her communications in helping my family transition to safety at this condo. Thanks again!
