Kitchen was well equipped. Air conditioning in loft bedroom malfunctioned, we had the staff come and they tried to fix it but could not guarantee it would work as it needed the water pump in it replaced so we just stopped using it. This property has a constant, loud humming sound coming from the vents in the bathrooms. The loft bathroom is about two feet from the bed so the sound permeated into the bedroom even with the door closed. It is an obnoxious sound. Unpleasant. I do not fault the property owners as it is a building problem. But if I owned property there I would be suing the building.

Great location, many great beaches to choose from. Convenient to shopping and dining. A/C worked fine. Pool was nice, but mostly drove to other beaches in order to explore the island. Good privacy as main bedroom was upstairs.

Perfect little getaway

This place was perfect for our family. It had all the conveniences for the beach with plenty of gear and supplies. The accommodations were clean and were well stocked with all the things needed to cook. They even had some essential spices in the cupboards. It made cooking meals easy, and a great way to cut the costs down. The pools were easy to access and were fairly quiet the times we used them. Everyone around was friendly and helpful, and the local beach is a short walk away. It's also a great spot for boogie boarding with the kids, and watching the sunset. Lots of local shops, food, and groceries all a short walk or drive away.

Great, comfy stay in Kihei

My husband and I, and my sister and her husband, stayed in this condo, just across the street from the beach. It was clean and very well supplied, with helpful labels on appliances and supplies. Two king beds was a definite plus. And it was so nice to have four beach chairs, towels, and other beach supplies. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, which had all the supplies we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place and great location

This was a great place to stay with all we needed for the beach. Charlie Young beach was right across the street and it was a great beach to play in the waves and on the sand. The condo was clean and WELL stocked. We would stay there again!

Great Place - Great Location

The condo was great. Perfectly roomy, clean, excellent location within quick walking distance to a great beach, with great supplies, e.g.; chairs, umbrellas, scuba gear, racquets, ...etc. for the outdoors. I'd easily stay there again next time we visit Maui.

Great location and complex

Very happy with the amenities in the complex such as the multiple pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Great walking location to restaurants/market/beaches. Clean loft apartment with lots of equipment for the beach.

A Maui gem that is not to be missed

This was a great place. Great location near several terrific beaches. Incredibly well-equipped, we wanted for nothing. We'll be looking to stay here again when we return to Maui.

Best home away from home condo experience Ever!

Just like me the title said….. We felt at home. From my mom to my sister my19 year old that just turned 20 out there to my 2 year old that turns 3 next month, we were all very surprised and comfortable. It was a home away from home experience. Most definitely will return to them as well as highly recommend them to families as well as couples. Aloha🤙

Great condo in a beautiful location

Spacious enough for a family of 4 (especially since the bed in the second room can be turned into 2 twins). Within walking distance of the beach and some tourist shops. Other activities and shops are a short drive away. This is on the dry side of the island so it’s not a jungle setting, but the view of the beach is hard to beat at the price!

Amazing hospitality

Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Amazing location and so much space! Property was clean, staff of the building were incredibly nice and helpful. Right across the street from an incredible beach, we checked out a few others but always ended up back at our “home beach” across the street. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, can’t wait to be back!

Great, well-appointed unit in great location.

We had a great time. Love the close proximity to the beach and appreciated all of the toys included in the unit. Unit was nicely updated and the master suite in the loft is nicely done. Had issues with the wifi, which hopefully owners will correct. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

We LOVED this vacation rental! It was absolutely perfect in every way! Super clean from top to bottom. Including kitchen, floors, bathrooms, bedding and towels. Rental was stocked with everything you could ever need while relaxing in beautiful Maui. Including beach gear, beach towels and snorkeling gear! That was a huge bonus. The owners have really thought of everything. Condo development is conveniently located across the street from beautiful Charlie Young beach (which we relaxed on many times!) and is also within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bakeries/cafes! We had a blast exploring! The check in/out process was extremely easy and convenient. Thank you for a fantastic Maui experience. We made family memories that will last a life time! Definitely coming back one day and hoping to stay here again!

Great location, great condo!

We enjoyed our visit, such a great location. Also this condo has so many supplies Iike beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment. It made it so easy. We were also able to cook in when we didn't feel like going out, very well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again!
