We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Amenities were great however laundry soap located under the kitchen sink needs to be re-labeled. Stored in a purple water bottle type container (this is what we thought it was-empty water bottle). We called Vrbo saying we didn't have laundry soap.

Everything we needed

This was a perfect basecamp for our Maui vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach, and they had all the essentials for an excellent stay. Really appreciated the inclusion of the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Close to a lot of wonderful eating and shopping.

Very comfortable and perfectly located

The most important for me is a comfortable bed and sofa and I was extremely happy that they were. The kitchen was well-equipped and the condo mostly clean except for the living room floor was still sandy and I think the cleaning lady forgot to wash the shower corner shelf (also sandy) and replenish things (no soap, no extra toilet paper). But I would still go back for the fabulous location and great comfort of the condo.

Basic Unit-no frills

Property was okay. Nice and quiet. Very basic. Nothing special. The bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was good. Kitchen appliances are old and could really use an update. There were 2 beach chairs, 1 was a good Tommy Bahamas the other was poor. When my husband was sitting in it the back kept dropping back and he”s not a big guy. We ended up renting one. The beach towels were old and worn and the beach cooler was useless. We bought a new hard sided one and left it in the unit. The beach umbrella was great. Overall it was ok

We love Maui Vista

We always stay at Maui Vista because of it's location and reasonable pricing. I love the grounds landscaping and the pools are well maintained.

condo cool and clean

The fan in the bedroom really helps with cooling the room since the AC can't really reach that far to the bedroom. My only main complaint is that the condo is managed by a rental company and they give you exactly 2 rolls of toilet paper for each stay, and there was no tissue paper. I thought this was lame considering all the rental and service fees we've had to pay. Also, my husband also took the request to "squeegee down the shower" to heart and actually did it. He does that at home too; but being asked to do it in a rental reminds me of the Internet meme of paying for high service fee yet being asked to perform that kind of service before you leave the rental.

The unit was fully stocked for all our needs and the complex had great amenities. The check-in/check-out process was easy. The location was great! Close to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Would stay here again!

Perfect Location and View!

This condo has a little balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset and whales (with binoculars) from our little bistro table. There are lots of positives here. It's walkable to restaurants, the beach, groceries, the bus, and has lots of parking for guests too. The kitchen has everything you need, including ice trays and a blender. There is a washer, dryer & dishwasher. The living room furniture and the bed are comfortable. (We didn't use the sofa bed - so I don't know about that.) They have beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for guests too. This had everything we were looking for! The customer service through Maui Rentals was also excellent. I suggest you book directly with them for the best rate. But there are a few cautions depending on what matters to you as a traveller. The bathroom is clean and functional but the bathtub/shower is dated. There are two AC units (bedroom & living room) while noisy, we were able to sleep, but that might not work for you. You are facing the street/pool, but it wasn't loud. And we loved the sunsets! We spent most of our time on the beach or exploring the island, but we were always happy to return to our comfortable home base. We would happily stay here again!
