Wedding

We stayed here with family and got married on the condo grounds while we were there. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and there is a large park/green space between the walk out patio and the beamazing. The living space inside very nicely done and well stocked. We often had friends and family over for supper and there was lots of space. The only downside at all was that parking could be tough to find at times.

SUPERB

We had a wonderful time and this place was the icing on our Maui Cake!!! The location was perfect! We literally sat on the Lanai watching the whales while having our morning coffee and breakfasts. A short walk on the lawn took us to the beach where we got to see the turtles and play in the water. The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! I will definitely be staying here again!! Mahalo for everything - my 83 yr old mother had a blast!!

Amazing unit!

We have been staying at the Maui Sunset for the past decade. We love the location, well maintained grounds and being right on the beach to watch the sunset every night. This was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It has everything you need! Having AC in all the rooms and main living room was a huge bonus. The patio is really nice with the two ceiling fans. We ate dinner outside multiple nights. We loved it, it checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home

Beautiful sunset view and easy access to pool and beach, comfy beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, and the most amazing grass off the lenai. Seriously, this place is fantastic.

This Condo is a gem!

We loved our week long stay in this condo. The location was beautiful. We loved the patio right off the large grassy area, proximity to the beach and the to the pool. The condo itself was so clean and we loved the up to date amenities. It was a perfect fit for my two kids so they could have their own beds. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Maui. Thank you for offering a great place to stay!

Excellent stay in Kihei

Great property, lots to do on-site and close by to shopping. Two parents, 2 teens 15 & 16, 1 senior. We alternated across our 10-day vacation with one day at the condo (pool, beach, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis etc.) and next exploring other public beaches and tourist spots (e.g. volcano at sunrise, Maui Farm, public market, etc.). Well-appointed, clean condo unit with everything you could need.

Perfect for my family!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The huge grassy area was perfect for the kids to run around and for the adults to play bocce (available at the pool!) during nap time. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and an umbrella were there for us. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great location and lovely walk to the beach

The stay was easy. Beds comfortable, AC worked great. Nice to have washer dryer. Opening the sliding doors and walking out, on ground level, to the beach was lovely. So nice and convenient. It was easy to park close to the condo. We’ll stocked with kitchen appliances and beach items. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A++ unit in the best Condominium complex in Kihei

Stellar return trip to Maui with my family. We have stayed at Maui a Sunset 10-12 times, in many units over the years, and B122 was perhaps out favorite. Stylishly remodeled that lives better the standard/original floor plan. Highly recommend!

A nice Maui Sunset break

Bedrooms were average,in back by parking lot. But pretty quiet. The kitchen and living room were great. Nice open concept. Nice sized Lanai. Nice view. Owners did nice job with providing kitchen utensils and appliances. Overall a very nice place.

Best Condo W/Thee best View in the Building!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH AN AMAZING WEEK OF FUN IN THEEE BEST CONDO WITH THE BEST VIEW OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING!!! My family and I had a blast and we will definitely be back! It was the best way to spend my 50th Birthday and couldn't be more thankful! The only complaint is that the mattress on the hide-a-bed is super uncomfortable but that I know can be an easy fix! LOVE this place!! & HIGHLY recommend it for sure!! :)

Great condo, very nice location

We had a great time staying at Maui Sunset. The condo is great, has everything you may need during a vacation stay. The A/C units are a bit noisy, especially during the night, but we got used to them after a while. The location is fantastic, the grass area in front of the unit is awesome and our kids had a lot of fun playing outside. The pool is ok and the beach right in front of the resort is a bit rocky (unless you're tough (or a kid) you'll need water shoes to get into the water there), but there are so many other beaches within a very short drive from the complex, that it didn't really matter. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Maui beachfront condo

This was our second time staying in B-122. Great condo, great location. Easy access, great view of the beach & fabulous sunsets. Nice to have an exercise facility right there on premises (stop by the office to get the key). Will certainly be coming back again.
