Nice Stay

Close to the beach and great for watching the sunset. We took morning walks on Kihei Beach Road and enjoyed the shops in the area.

Great place. Everything you could possibly want or need was available in the unit. The grounds are beautiful & well maintained. Close to the beach. Only negative, not all burners on the stove worked. Could also have a few plastic glasses for use at the pool, as glass containers are not allowed.Loved my stay there

Always enjoy Maui Kamaole

This unit was well appointed and well managed. Good location near back pool. Small issues were dealt with quickly. Some beach items are close to needing replacing but good selection for couples (chairs / umbrella) and a cart for a family that might need to haul more. Would stay here again next year - but I think it’s already booked!

Decent unit in lovely property

Overall, a well maintained, cheery, welcoming unit. Excellent A/C, laundry machines. The total absence of carpet meant there were zero mold or odor problems. The patio is the quietest & most private we've enjoyed at this complex. Unfortunately, there were two small glitches in the kitchen. The stove didn't work well, and the pest-control traps that management provided were only partly effective. Still, we loved our stay in J-104.

It’s a beautiful place in a great location, spacious and comfortable for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved being very close to the many amazing beaches. However, we encountered a significant issue during our stay that potential guests should be aware of. Upon arrival, we noticed an unsettling number of roaches in the kitchen area, more than what might be expected in a typical Hawaiian home. While we understand that bugs can be common in tropical climates, the extent of the infestation, particularly on the kitchen counter, was concerning. We stayed for 10 nights and spent considerable time cleaning up these pests, both big and small, which was quite an unpleasant experience. Additionally, there was a privacy concern. After reporting this issue to the property manager on the second day, they entered the property without prior notice to set roach baits on the console table. This lack of communication was disconcerting and made us feel uncomfortable. While the property has many positives, the roach issue was unfortunate. We believe addressing these concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Maui getaway

This was a get together to celebrate a daughter being cancer free. The location of this unit could not have been better. The unit was ready for us and no issues getting in. Everything worked. Bar BQ pit right outside the unit. A short stroll to the pool. Short walk to restaurants. I’m ready to return.

Wonderful location with great amenities

We stayed for 10 days at this location in Kihei and it was a great experience. Our code worked at exactly 4pm check-in time with no issues. The condo is well stocked and clean. We loved the pools and hot tub located on the property. Wonderful location right across from the boat ramp with a small beach (little to no crowds). Would definitely stay again!

Great place and location

This well kept unit is spacious, with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The bed is very comfortable (both side sleepers) and it was a big plus having 2 A/C units for the 90 degree afternoons. Every amazing beach, restaurant and store we wanted to visit in South Maui was within 13 minutes or less and the beach park that is practically across the street from the complex was perfect (saw lots of turtles and beautiful sunsets). Another plus is that it was perfectly quite. Not sure if anyone was staying above us, but I know we had families on both sides of us and never heard a peep. The Lanai off the living room feels open and private at the same time and we greatly enjoyed sipping our coffee and evening drinks to beautiful bird songs. And then there is the price! This is a steal, y'all. I'd find it hard to believe that you could find much better for this price range. Management did a great job communicating with us and even checked in when a Tropical Storm neared the island. Great place! Highly recommend it!

Perfect location - great place!

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was well stocked for nearly all our needs - lots of towels, beach towels and other gear, and kitchen supplies for meal prep. This unit is perfectly located next to the upper tropical pool, easy walking distance to Kam III beach and a short drive to Kihei or Wailea. Some features are a bit dated but it looks like it’s slowly being updated (the master shower was fantastic and beautifully updated). Everything worked and was in good shape for our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again. Thanks for sharing your property! Mahalo!

Great location, loved our stay!

We loved staying at this condo. The property is beautiful. We found it very quiet and the facilities had everything that we needed. Our condo was stocked. We had all the beach gear that we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus with a teenage daughter and the beds were both comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay! Beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest with ice pack were very handy and saved us from having to rent them. Plenty of towels for 2. We appreciated that things like food storage containers, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, olive oil, and spices were provided. Detergent and dish soap are also provided. Only downside was the dishwasher didn’t work. It ran through a cycle but dishes were still dirty. Not a huge deal for us since there were just two of us and we did them by hand. Great location in Kihei, right across the street from Kamaole III beach, where we saw many turtles. Great beach for sunsets, body boarding, and snorkeling (swim to the left of the beach in the direction of the boat ramp, there’s beautiful coral here with many resident turtles). Many restaurants nearby as well as ABC, gas stations, and Foodland. We were so glad we stayed here and will be back!

Great condo!

It was a great location - across from Kam III beach. Pool was great. BBQ worked well & clean. Beds were comfy - no issues. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great lil patio area for eating. Arrival / departure instructions were clear. Definitely book for our next trip.

Wonderful property overall.

Great location. Very secure and tidy. Grounds, landscaping, parking, and swimming pools and saunas were excellent. Condo inside is very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms very well maintained. The only downsides were some tiny ants in the bathroom, and the mattress cover and bottom sheet do not fit over the mattress. But overall, great!
