    Charley Young Beach is attached to Kamaole beach and is directly across the road.
    5 min walk to beautiful, soft sand, lots of space to lounge and play. Snorkel in the morning, boogie board in the afternoon. Build sandcastles all day long.
    Grab lunch from our well-equipped kitchen or one of the many snack bars around. Its a big beach so no overcrowding here and there are lifeguards to keep everyone safe.
    We have your comfort in mind by providing Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels.

    Pacific Shores complex features a newly renovated Pool and large Hot tub (2024)
    Many Gas BBQs to grill your dinner or lunch and tables to eat right next to the pool where the kids and adults can swim. Use the loungers to relax at the pool with the option of using the umbrellas to protect yourself from the sun. Complete with washrooms and outdoor shower.

    Our condo is located in the A building on the 3.5 floor, with the option of using the elevator and/or stairs and features an open courtyard with beautiful foliage. Building is made out of concrete and far enough away from the road so noise is very limited.

    There is an Ac in the Livingroom which cools the entire condo or you can choose to keep the windows open to enjoy the cool night breeze.

    Your accommodations will be professionally cleaned. If ever you are not satisfied, we will have the cleaners return right away and fix anything that needs attention.

    We provide all the comforts of home including top of the line appliances, dishwasher, rice cooker, blender, microwave and a washer and dryer inside the condo. Iron and ironing board.

    2 Bedrooms featuring Queen Size mattress, sheets, blanket and pillows with wall mounted smart tv's and clothing storage. The 2 bedrooms are set far enough apart for privacy.

    2 Bathrooms - One attached to the 1st bedroom and the other is directly next to the other bedroom. We provide Hair dryers and Bath soap, Shampoo and Body wash.

    The living room has a large screen smart tv and a sofa that turns into a Queen size bed complete with a memory foam mattress. Complimentary use of Nintendo Wii.

    Sleep 6 guests.

    Enjoy the complimentary snacks upon arrival. We will also start you off with a small supply of Toilet Paper, Paper towel, Dish soap, Hand soap, garbage bags and laundry detergent.

    Beach gear
    We provide beach chairs and umbrellas. There is often beach toys available as well.

    Baby Gear
    Feel free to use the Pack and Play Crib, umbrella stroller and highchair.

    Parking
    1 assigned parking space is included in your rental. A 2ND and 3rd space can also be arranged for a nominal fee.

    We strive to provide new sharp knives, and replace cutting boards, frying pans etc….
    If during your stay you feel that something needs to be replaced, please let us know right so we can try to make that happen! Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Great place to stay for entire family!

Great place to stay! Our family of a 1 year old and 6 adults stayed at this Condo in Kihei for 5 days. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed- from beach gear to baby accommodations (high chair and pack n play). The beach is within walking distance. The parking stalls were compact size and a little tight for the suv we had but other than that everything met our expectations. Communication with Rebecca (the owner) was great, she responded as soon as she could. Overall it was 5/5 star experience! I definitely recommend this place for families with kids.

Wonderful stay and wonderful property!!!

We stayed fro 10 days. The condo and grounds were perfect for our stay. We have 5 kids so it was very nice to have a pool on the property and also having the beach just across the beach. We can HIGHLY recommend this property! Rebecca was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!!

Property suited our needs very nicely

This condo is located in a nice, well-maintained complex. We had an issue with one AC unit when we arrived; the owner was very responsive and had it repaired right away. The bedding arrangement suited my group well, with the unique double bunk beds in one bedroom. The beach chairs and umbrellas were really nice to have. Very short walks to Kamaole 1, Charley Young, Foodland, ABC Store, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and food trucks.

Great stay

Great location! It was our kids first time in Hawaii and they loved it! Plenty of room, nice and clean. Room came with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and ice chests. All tv’s were smart tv so we had access to our Netflix which was great. Quick walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We did stay during the scary time of COVID-19 and had to leave early. Hoping to return at a better time to get the true Maui experience.

Perfect place to stay near Kamaole Beach I

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our time in Kihei! The location was very convenient and within walking distance of Kamaole Beach I and other parks and restaurants. The condo was clean with wonderful fans and air conditioning to help keep the place cool and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool (it was a nice warm temperature) and the hot tub. Rebecca was very nice and accommodating as well. Thank you for letting us stay here! Carrie

A quiet and relaxing family getaway.

The property was exactly how it was advertised on the website. The place was spotless and offered generous supply of pillows, linens and towels. The community was quiet and the unit came with a great parking space. The condo was a few steps away from the beach, walking distance to eateries, close to Safeway and a short drive to Kahului for Costco, Target, WalMart, Zippy's and Shrimp truck trips (which we did a lot of). The beds were comfortable but can benefit from mattress toppers. The butterflies living on the tree across the lanai provided daily special treat. Rebecca was a great host and was very responsive. Overall service was excellent! We had an amazing stay; would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, perfect for our family

Rebecca's condo in Kihei was perfect for our family! With five kids under 8 years old, and four adults, it was cozy but gave plenty of functionality for us all to co-exist happily for two weeks. Having access to laundry in the condo was fantastic, and we really appreciated the two full bathrooms and the beach gear (especially the umbrellas, beach toys for the sand, and the chairs!). The beach across the street was perfect for the kids, and we could easily walk to get shaved ice and food (but honestly we got 90% of our food at Costco and were able to squeeze it in to the fridge and fairly limited kitchen/counter space!). Also in walking distance is Kalama Park, where we spent a lot of hours with the kids playing on the excellent playground and running around on the grass and climbing trees. The nearby grocery store (Foodland) was SUPER expensive, but very convenient. The Public Library was also just by the park, again making this an excellent location for our family. Some of the neighbors didn't seem too keen on kids around the compound, and we did try very hard to keep them quite in the common spaces, which I think would be important anywhere with common space. We had one issue with the lock on a bedroom door, and Rebecca's onsite help was there SO quickly and was very helpful and kind. It was hugely appreciated. Thank you so much, and we hope to come again some day!!

It was amazing, had a view of the ocean and just one block away. Would definitely return.

Wonderful experience. Close to the ocean, had the ocean toys the grandchildren liked plus there were towels available for everyone in the group. The pool wasn’t over crowded. Great view from the lanai. And we met lots of wonderful people who either worked there or stayed there. Loved Coco the Myna bird!

Clean and convenient

My family and I love our stay with this amazing condo. Premium location (5 minutes walk to beach, close to restaurant/mall), beach chair, umbrella, body board are all provided, quite community. I would definitely recommend.

Roomy place for large family

This home was clean and very roomy. It was close to eating and shopping, which worked well for my family and friends. The kids were a bit disappointed with the small pool, but they were busy at the beach and doing fun activities most of the time.

Great property to stay at! We highly recommend this condo. Owner was very accommodating. Air conditioner in every room was amazing! Kitchen is fully stocked. Nice to have quality cutlery and dishes. Had everything we needed to make our Maui vacation perfect. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and pillows. Literally steps from a beautiful sandy beach. The bbq area is really convenient. Will hopefully have a chance to return to Maui and I would definitely book this unit again!
