The condo layout was great for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool everyday, barbecued on the extremely clean grills, and enjoyed the sunsets from the clubhouse. The location is excellent, and very safe. Morning walks were a must! Enjoyed our Christmas in warm weather.

Great Stay for a Young Family

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks in 2025 and the set up was amazing for our toddler, the first floor was nice in that we didn't feel concerned about him stomping around and bothering anyone below us and the lanai that opens to the yard gave him a ton of space to run around.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. It is in a beautiful, safe area in Wailea. The condo was stocked with plenty of start-up supplies and the kitchen tools/cookware were plentiful. The pool was especially appreciated in the afternoons after beach time. We will definitely stay here next time we return to Maui.

Maui Palms

We enjoyed our stay. Grills are in good shape. Pool was enjoyed by our family. Property is older. Cookware leaves alot to be desired. Frying pans are cheap Tfal and warped. Sliding glass doors need repair and one does not lock.

The Palms Paradise

Beautiful condo, great location, awesome pool and hot tub. Everything around there was clean and beautiful. The kitchen has all the cutlery and things you would need like a coffee machine, blender, strainers, pots and pans. The only downfall is that the glass doors to the patio were super hard to open and close, and the one didn't lock. They also only supplied 1 dishwasher pod for an 11 night stay, no laundry soap, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults, no cleaning supplies, baggies or dish soap. So we did go and buy all those supplies for our stay and left all the extra there for the next guests. This was our first time using VRBO we usually already have all those things fully stocked for us.

705 was great!

We enjoyed Palms 705 for our Maui holiday. Everything about the unit was as advertised. My only complaint is some of the plumbing fixtures need maintenance or updating. As does the sliding glass door and screen to the Lanai. Otherwise, this is a great place that we would stay in again.

Fabulous property - great location

The communication was wonderful before and during the stay. The unit had everything we needed (as indicated) and the complex was great! The pool and hot tub made each evening the perfect wind-down. We will come back to 705 again on our next Maui trip for sure!

Great location and property

This was our first time staying on Maui. The property was amazing with great amenities. We used the chairs, umbrella, cooler, washer/dryer, beach towels, and patio daily. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and even had Tupperware to pack lunches for the beach/picnic days! The starter packs of detergents and toilet paper were more than sufficient to see us through. The pool was great and so close by, and was open till 10 for a quick night swim/hot tub after long days hiking. The hosts communication and clear instructions were wonderful, we knew exactly how to get into the unit and they had lights on and even some lovely Hawaiian music playing upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend and would rent this unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

A good place to stay when in Wailea

This unit and the Palms are a good place to stay when visiting Wailea/Kihei. The manager was very responsive and we had no problem extending for an extra night.

Comfortable and Peaceful!

We loved our stay at the Palms. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciate lots of beach towels and chairs. The condo was quiet and peaceful. We loved how the lanai bordered the grass, instead of a road and or parking lot. Every night we slept so soundly, as the beds were so comfortable. Most mornings I walked to Keawapaku Beach (our favorite beach by far!) and it only took me around 10 minutes. The location is so convenient. We honestly would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

Ideal quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed unit. The unit, grounds, and pool area are immaculate and well-maintained. First floor location was very convenient, and enjoyed the large lanai and private outdoor grill. Pre-arrival communication and information was seamless. We've stayed in many great condos and hotels in Maui. This property is at the top of the list. Would definitely rebook.

Beautiful condo

This was a fantastic condo in a great location! We are a family of 5 with older teenagers and the condo was perfect! The second double room plus sofa bed were perfect and comfortable. The position of the condo is ideal being away from the road and on the edge so private. The walk to the beach was only 10 minutes through the grounds of the condo and very easy. The condo itself was fully equipped and we loved the use of the beach chairs! Communication with the rental agency was spot on and they were so helpful! We will be back to Maui in a couple of years and will certainly look to book the same condo. Thanks so much!

Great location!

Awesome Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms at Wailea. It was a great location, located about 1/2 mile from the beach. We loved having a full kitchen and the two bedrooms made it perfect for the two couples that stayed. We loved having all the essentials for the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The unit is located close to the pool and hot tub. The pool area was clean and we really enjoying hot tubbing every night. It really was perfect for our vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Stay

This is a great property, very well kept. AC worked well and location is wonderful. We did drive to all beaches. Could walk, but it would be uphill and a bit of a distance on the way back. I would definitely stay here again.
