Maria was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Her condo was really great! She thought of everything. We did not want for anything! There were ample kitchen supplies to get our group of 5 through the week. (I hate to shop for tp or paper towels or dishwasher soap, etc) We had plenty of seating both in the living area and out on the lanai/balcony. We had a good ocean view. Beds were comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful property! Great communication. We loved this beautiful condo! Very nice pool and hot tub! Worked well for three 7-13 year olds in loft, their parents (king bedroom) and us (king bedroom). We cooked in lovely kitchen, got carry-out at That’s A Wrap, dined at great Tommy Bahama in Wailea, walked the oceanfront path, explored Road to Hana and top of Haleakalā, Paia, and the beautiful beach! Great view from this gorgeous,well-stocked condo! Thank you for a fabulous trip!!

Great condo

This condo is one of the cleanest and best stocked VRBOs we have stayed at! Maria isn’t lying about the steps!! So be warned - takes about 4/5 mins to condo to car! But worth it! She had amazing beach supplies as well. We were close to some cute breakfast cafes and the beach. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location! Best of Kihei!

Spacious top of the line accommodations Plenty of room for 8 and quick access to beach with a short walk. Pool and hot tub out your door and the grills worked great!Hosts fantastic and responsive. When we come back this will be on our list and 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great stay

Everything was as described. Not sure if this changes based on time of year, but found the complex to be fairly quiet and often had the pool to ourselves or only 1-2 other people. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Breakfast and/or dinner on the lanai almost everyday. Used the BBQs by the pool one night with no issue. Appreciated the businesses and beach! within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Kihei Rules

Had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Oui Maui Property. Maria and Max were great communicators with a very organized check in and check out process. The 3 beds were super comfy and the air conditioning worked like a champ. The amazing sunsets from the balcony were the highlight with easy access to the hot tub and pool a close second. There are stairs to navigate to get to the property but the climb is worth it. Thank you Maria and Max. #MauiStrong

Kihei Short Stay

Great location less than 5 min walk from great beach with a shallow shelf and the softest sand in the world. The unit fit our family of six perfectly. The three younger kids loved having “their space” in the loft. The unit had everything we needed including some great beach gear. Would stay again.

Paradise in Maui

We had a beautiful stay in the condo. Host was excellent communicator, ensuring we were taken care of. Condo had all the necessary essentials so we did not need to pick-up. Washer/dryer unit came in handy to refresh clothes and towels. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely place in Maui.

Family Maui vacation

Our family of 8 had a fantastic time in Kihei. The location of this condo is excellent and near one of the best beaches on the island. The building is a bit dated and there are many stairs, but that was stated in the ad. Maria was fantastic and was available throughout our stay when we had questions. Overall a great place to stay for a large family.

Family fun for 6

Well stocked and homey. Instructions were very helpful. Thoughtfully done amenities. Very comfortable stay during our family vacation with our 4 young adults. The condo complex is complex and getting to the place was a bit of a hike but nothing healthy people can’t handle easily. We loved being close to a lovely beach and being able to walk to the gelato place and Natural food store.

Perfect for 2 families!

We had (2) four person families stay. It was perfect! Our kids (ages 8-11) loved having the loft as their own space. The decor was inviting and made it feel like we were at our own beach home. We were super appreciative of all of the beach gear (boogie boards, chairs, cooler) available. There are umbrellas available but with the windy conditions, we didn’t find them to be valuable during our stay. We found all the kitchen supplies we needed and loved the convenience of the dishwasher and washer / dryer. The location is great being so close to the Kam beaches and some great restaurants/ shops. Parents enjoyed the ocean views at sunrise and sunset. They warned about the hike up to your unit but it’s not bad at all. If you’re not in shape or have accessibility needs, it might be a struggle. But we didn’t mind it at all - knowing that you get the reward of vaulted ceilings and better views from this unit.

Family trip

This property is in a great location. There are a lot of steps so be mindful of it. Many items already provided for guests. I reached out to the owner the day before we checked out and she responded very quickly. No issues or problems at all. Thank you Maria!
