    Make a coffee or mix up your favorite beverage in the full kitchen, then sit on the lanai and enjoy sunrise or sunset from this oceanfront unit. It has everything you need to be the perfect home base for your Maui getaway.
    There is an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
    Enjoy watching whales, dolphins, sea turtles, outriggers, sunrise, and sunset from the lanai of this second-floor oceanfront unit at the popular Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei.
    Resort facilities include a swimming pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor cooking area for grilling out. Unwind in the cool air conditioning after a busy day on the beach or sightseeing. The unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a TV (including a smart TV in the bedroom).
    Located on the resort property are Dina's Sandwitch, Massage Maui, Maui Sights, and Treasures (which can help you book the perfect luau or snorkeling excursion).
    There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, including a local farmers market.

Amazing unit for a 3 month stay in Paradise. Incredible view of Kaho’Olawe and Molikini. Loved the pool and Dina’s bar on site. We will be back!

Terrific Stay!

Our stay at Sugar Beach was tremendous! Our unit was clean, accessible, and the communication was great. The location on the island was ideal for easily being able to access every area of Maui. The amenities were excellent, the pool area was clean and spacious, and the access to the beach was wonderful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful view

Our stay here was amazing! The view from the condo is beautiful and it is right on the beach. Everything was very clean and nice. The pool was also nice and clean and there are a lot of chairs by the pool or the beach to lay out. It's also just a short walk or drive to many restaurants and shops which is great!

Beautiful Sunsets

Condo was so peaceful with a great ocean view. Close to pool and beach access. Easy walk to fresh malasadas (Sugar Beach Bakery) in the morning. Main highway is close by for easy access to other shops, restaurants and activities.

Great location

Came here for our Honeymoon. The condo itself was lovely. The beach in front of the condo is great to watch and walk down however not the best to actually swim. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. Kihei is a great centralized location to explore all of Maui. 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect location

Our 5 night stay in Maui was at the perfect location . This was centrally located between many outings and activities in Maui . There are many restaurants and shops near by . The condo was clean , well stocked with kitchen items , beach towels , beach chairs , etc . The view of the ocean was gorgeous . We enjoyed sitting on the patio just watching the beach below . We will stay here again on our next trip back to Hawaii !

The view and balcony did not disappoint! We loved our time overlooking the ocean. We felt like we had our own private beach and nothing beats magical sunsets and sunrises accompanied by the calming sounds of ocean waves each morning and night! We utilized the community grills and appreciated the lounge chairs along the beach dunes.

Fantastic view

The condo is so close to the beach and has wonderful ocean views. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was clean and we had good communication with the property manager. The suite is well stocked.

Romantic oceanfront

We really enjoyed the oceanfront views from the lanai and we could even hear the ocean in our bedroom too. It was in a great location to go to multiple places in Maui. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely return!

25th Anniversary

Let me first say I was stunned at how beautiful the view was from our balcony! Steps away from the beautiful shore, and peaceful, beautiful grounds. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for letting us enjoy our anniversary in Maui.

Fabulous location on Sugar Beach

The resort is really lovely with a fabulous pool/hot tub area and it is right on the best beach! Even the little pub “Sand Witch” was great with delicious sandwiches and cocktails. The apartment is very nice and we enjoyed listening to the ocean every day. The AC worked great when we needed it (which we only did a little bit in the afternoon on still days). Check-in was easy and so was parking. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever had!
