Absolutely perfect location, nice quiet grounds, but also fun and lively. The pool is large and refreshing and the laundry room is big clean and has two LARGE efficient dryers. 2.50 per load to wash. Walking distance to ABC store, discount liquor store (aloha vibes!) Fred’s restaurant is right next-door, which is super epic for walking across the street after a day at the beach we watched whales breaching from the deck while eating dinner. Also, right next-door opens first thing at sunrise, paddleboard, kayak, beach, equipment rentals and a coffee shop.The room was perfect clean spacious had everything we needed for a beach day. The bed was comfortable and the lanai has an ocean view! 10/10

This is a nice condo in a great location, right across the street from a sizable beach. The pool is good as well, with few people in it most of the time. The kitchen was mostly stocked although we had to buy pans, and a spatula. The lanai was set up well, but biting ants kept it from being a great place to hang out. The days start early with lots of roosters around, as well as tourists setting off car alarms etc. I previously owned two condos two blocks away, but Kihei Kai Nani was my choice this trip as it was way more affordable to stay three weeks.
Kamaole Beach II is right across the street.

Great stay and location, right by the beach. They have everything you need from umbrellas and chairs for the beach to cooking utensils for a longer stay.

Good location.

Everything was great except the folding bed mattress was dirty and uncomfortable. Body stains were on the foam mattress. The bars underneath were felt when laying down. Tbe air conditioner wiring could be improved as both air conditioners were on the same 15 amp breaker and kept blowing the breaker, unless on very low setting.

Beautiful and clean

Loved staying at this place! It was so clean, the view was amazing, loved the location. Also had great amenities (coffee grinder), toaster, other utensils. Bed could have been less squeaky, but I’d still stay here again for all the other pluses.

Location, location

The Kihei-Wailea area is the best on the south side and the Kihei Kai Nani is a nice complex. The 13 buildings are situated well on the site w 2-3 floors depending on the building. It’s conveniently located across from Kam ll beach & walkable pretty much everywhere- to Wailea & along S Kihei Rd as far as you like. What I liked about our unit was not being in direct sunlight & a bit of ocean view. The furnishings were nice & unit quite comfortable. We were on the 3rd level and while normally that wouldn’t be an issue, my husband had developed plantar fasciitis right before our stay. There aren’t elevators on the property so it was a big deal. We managed to make it work. I’d definitely stay at KKN again, but for us would prefer 1st or 2nd level.

Great stay!

This was my second stay at this unit and definitely not my last! The unit is set back in the complex making for a quiet stay no road noice just the lovely birds to serenade. Conveniently located across from the pool. The unit is well equipped and has everything you need for comfortable stay. The lanai has a peaceful garden view with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Very lovely, I would highly recommend!

Great location

We found this condo had pretty much everything that we needed. It was pretty clean and the balcony was so nice and quiet. Only air conditioning in the living room so the bedroom got a bit warm. The pull out couch was missing some springs and a bit saggy, but i brought this to the attention of management and the said they would fix it. All in all we were happy and had a great vacation. Easy check in and easy to communicate with property manager if we had needed anything.

Location is perfect for beach access and walking to shops and eateries.

A bit of a problem with lack of wash cloths and hand towels. Only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels in the unit. A 14 day stay needs a few more than 2 even if using the laundry room. The property person did bring additional wash cloths and address a sugar ant problem

Convenient and easy

A great condo on the third floor, there are no elevators. But condo was clean and there were extra amenities available like beach chairs. beach towels, bug spray...etc. which was nice to have handy! The instructions were straightforward and the location was perfect, right across from the beach!

In short....paradise!

Our stay here in Maui was absolutely perfect, despite our 48 hour delay due to the FAA outage debacle. This condo is nicely placed in a quaint area of Maui in Kihei. Strategically located next to a very nice, clean public beach with beautiful sunsets! Location also prime only being 20 min to the airport was also ideal. We stopped at the Walmart just outside the airport & picked up our groceries for the week before heading to Kihei. Condo was very clean with everything we needed, from condiments in the frig to comfy Tommy Bahama chairs & an umbrella for the beach. Was nice being on the 3rd floor not having anyone above us, if you don't mind a few short flights of steps. The outdoor lanai with the peekaboo vision of the beach was perfect each morning for breakfast. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui.

Feels homey

We loved staying here, it felt very comfortable. Our only problem was we didn't have any toilet paper, paper towels, etc., upon arrival. We were told to contact the cleaner to rectify the problem but she didn't follow through right away. We had to wait the day. The communications with the manager was excellent. She was very helpful; when she knew we had a problem, she tried to solve it immediately.

Great place

The place was clean and in very good condition. Also the location was ideal. There's just a short walk through the parking lot to the beach. The pictures do capture the peekaboo view of the ocean from the deck. The deck was a nice private space for eating breakfast and lunch. Many things were provided like chairs and plenty of beach towels, etc. I wish there was more in the pantry and bathroom. There was just some basics like pepper and mustard and a few bags of tea. I did need to go and get hot sauce and ketchup and hand dishwashing soap and bathwash. I wish most of those were provided. Nevertheless, I will come to this place again. It was. a nice stay.

Exactly what was listed!

This property was exactly as it was listed. They had everything we could possibly need for our week stay. Everything was great. The AC in the bedroom wasn’t working for the second night. It was odd because lots of fans were available but it was circulating hot air. This was only an issue the second night and didn’t happen again. The ac was working very well in the living room that same night so we chalked it up to a random issue. Loved the area because it was directly across the street from the beach entrance and walking distance from MANY great food spots. Do walk next door to the cinnamon roll place, it’s a must. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Vacation

The property was very convenient to the beach and shops. Eating area is very crowded due to a overly large TV stand. The TV screen is small for the area. Furniture fabric is frayed at seams and the hide-a-bed is very uncomfortable. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, appliances, and pots. Nice partial ocean view from balcony and very private with no other units facing it.
