We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi! The location is perfect to enjoy multiple beaches , restaurants and shops! The central location allows for easy access to reach the rest of the island! The property is always clean with friendly staff! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! The property host was outstanding and their communication was excellent! Check in and out was seamless! We always book a water view condo but we really enjoyed the lanai and view we had! It felt like more space on the ground level and no elevators! The condo location in the building was very quiet and the air conditioning in both rooms was amazing! We will definitely try to stay there again!

Great Location, Clean Unit

I encountered a problem in the unit on our first day and notified the host who promptly got it fixed so the rest of our stay was pleasant. The unit was clean and quiet, with lots of beach accessories to use. The location is great. Nice beaches to swim or sunset watch nearby. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great stay in Kihei

We stayed here for about a week! Condo was clean and we had more than enough space to feel cozy. I liked that there was more than enough toiletries provided to last us the week (detergent, soap, toilet paper). It was one less thing we had to buy. The space is well maintained and convenient to a lot of things in Kihei! You can walk to the beach access in front of you which we found rough on both days. We drove to Wailea (less than 8 mins) and enjoyed their beach access (free parking & calmer beach). The only downside to our stay it was Memorial Day weekend so there was after hour noise for a couple of days around (1-3am) but it stopped after. Overall, I enjoyed this place and would stay again.

Like a home away from home

I really enjoyed my stay here. It kind of felt like my condo, except in Maui! Like a home away from home. The location is great...Just a 5 minute walk to a great beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk away from many good restaurants and stores. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Great location, good price

Condo was clean, but could use a little updating. Flooring in living room, under the carpet was loose, and cracked when you walked on it. Could use some more silverware. Location was great. Layout out was great, big kitchen. Curtains don't completely cover the patio door to the lanai. Felt maybe the owners hadn't been there for awhile, or maybe not a owner used condo. Overall value for money was good.

Clean and quiet condo, beautiful complex

We enjoyed our week long stay here. It is a nice condo, quiet and clean, with lots of beach supplies provided. Having 4 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were especially appreciated. My kids found the mattress on sleeper sofa to be better than most pullouts. Although the complex itself is right across the street from beach, this unit is in the very last building (D) at the back so we found the walk to beach to be 5 minutes or so. It would help greatly and shorten the distance if there was a keyed entry for sliding door via patio (ground level) so you could leave from there rather than having to go out hallway door and up a flight of stairs (elevator is available too) at backside of building where the parking lot is. Well landscaped grounds were beautiful to walk through and location in Kihei is very convenient/central to everything Maui has to offer. Lots of good places to eat nearby condo, both within walking distance and a short drive down main road. Overall quite satisfied with our stay but just note this ground level unit requires use of stairs or elevator whenever needing to lock the place up for your daily adventures.

The property is such a great location to the beaches, coffee shops and cafes. The building has a couple different pools and outdoor BBQ's that anyone staying there can use.
