Great location, 3 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. There were even some extra kitchen supplies like coffee filters, spices, etc.

Amazing unit!

This was an amazing unit with a spectacular view for the deck, it had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! Kitchen was well stocked, beach supplies made a day at the beach easy (wagon, umbrella, chairs) beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Definitely recommend and look forward to another stay!! Fantastic getaway!

The stay exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, larger than expected and the views were really amazing. Loved having my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the mountains and ocean. Check in was easy and communication was great. The grounds are very well kept. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Kamaole Sands. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, had all the advertised amenities. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys, boogie board, and wagon. Our kids loved the pool and the grilling area was great.

Easy access to the beach across the street and to some stores for souvenirs down the street (walking distance). Could also walk to a few cafe-type places. Loved that I could see the ocean and the pool from the balcony.

Best stay I have ever had with my family

My family stayed here and I must say, it was the best place we have ever stayed at. We came for a wedding in Wailea and out of my relatives that stayed at the other resorts in the area, this one was by far the best. It was quiet, gorgeous views of the resort and ocean, very clean, and friendly staff. My parents, who stayed in another resort, even said that they will be booking there next time. Everyone loved it and kids just didn’t want to leave. Thank you for hosting our family. It was our first family trip to Maui and we are definitely coming back and going to bookmark this place for the future.

Christmas in Maui

Fantastic location and great layout for our family of 4. My sons made good use of the fitness center and pool when they weren't on the beach. You have to get out there early for the grills and picnic tables but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

Incredible Property for Family of Four

Our family of two adults and two boys (ages 11 and 13) absolutely loved the property. This was our first trip to Maui, and the location was centrally located on the island and steps from Kam #3 beach. The latter has both snorkeling and the best beach break you’ll find in Maui not on the North Shore. Having a separate room and twin beds for our boys helps everyone maintain their sanity throughout the stay. The space, beautiful views of the water from the balcony, and amenities all added to our wonderful stay.

Amazing condo - amazing location - amazing hosts

We absolutely LOVED Kamaole Sands and our condo was great! It was well stocked with everything we needed. My advice is to suss out the condo first to see what you need before grabbing everything at the grocery store because this condo had a lot! Very clean, and beautiful location overlooking the green grass area and pool. A very short walk to Kamaole beach III. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and spacious

We really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to pots and pans. We loved the private bathroom and king bed upstairs as my husband and I both invited our moms to come with us and they were able to use the pull out bed and extra room and they slept comfortably. The grounds for the property were beautiful and we felt like the location was very good within walking distance from many great restaurants and close to some amazing beaches including wailea beach park and Makenna beach. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we come back to Maui!

Paradise

We’ve stayed in Maui a few times but never Kihei. Like the laid back vibe and center of island for easy driving to different towns. In the picture I was concerned a little about view from lanai but it was perfect. Never stayed off the beach before but honestly it’s such a pretty walk and very close to beach it’s no big deal. Well stocked kitchen, decorated well, 5 beach chairs that was used well, and a comfy master bed:) Pool staff were very friendly and we always felt welcomed. Only complaints is the fridge and tight kitchen. Arrived with tons of food and beverages and it takes at least a day to chill water and beer. I’d absolutely stay here again though:)

Great stay in Maui

We enjoyed the condo very much. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The location is great; lots of eateries nearby with the beach park right across the street. The unit is well-maintained and spacious. The beds are comfortable; even the sofa bed is the best we've ever seen in all of the hotels and condos we've stayed. The only complaint would be the Wi-Fi was too slow, and somehow even my phone data signal was almost nonexistent in this area. Thank you very much for lending us your place. Highly recommend this unit.
