This unit in Kam Sands was wonderful! Jen and Dave, the proud owners, added many personal touches to their lovely condo. The view from the lanai is SMASHING, and the condo complex overall is beautiful and very family-friendly. Plus, the location in South Kihei can't be beat. We loved it! Mahalo.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. I think the bedroom near the kitchen could have really benefited from a portable ac unit. The two units in the front of the property didn’t keep it cool enough when trying to sleep at night. Beyond that, awesome place and location!!

Perfect Condo, Location, and View!

We just got back from our trip, and the condo and resort were wonderful! The view is the best we have ever had in Hawaii, and we were really happy with the AC, as well as the other amenities. The condo was a comfortable place to spend time in when it was hot, and we really enjoyed the pool and hula show on Wednesday! The beach across the street was really nice and super convenient, and after exploring many beaches on Maui, Kamaole Beach Park ended up being one of our favorites! It is also convenient how the resort is super close to Wailea and tons of restaurants. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more; it's fantastic!

Great vacation home

This condo was great for 4 adults to stay in for a week. They had all of the amenities we would want, even boogie boards! It was wonderful to wake up, walk onto the porch, and see the ocean. We could drink coffee on the beach after a 2 minute walk. There's also great snorkeling with sea turtles nearby. We only had 2 minor complaints: 1. The check-in email will tell you to go straight to the condo because it's keyless entry. But, if you are parking a car, you should go to the office first, as you need to get a parking pass from them. 2. It's in the listing, but just to mention it here, too, the second bedroom does not have AC. It's livable but definitely warm.

Love!!!

Love this property!!! Very clean, easy access and close to the beach. The only thing I will say is that from the pictures, I expected this to be right on the beach. It is very close however, there is a very busy road right in front of the property. Amazing views and a great place to stay!

Beautiful place. Great memories.

Everything was great except the parking the first 2 days of our stay. Another car was in our assigned spot. We were given a temporary spot until they could resolve. Then someone parked in our temporary spot. We were given another temporary spot. This went on for the first 2 days of our vacation. The condo was perfect. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a big hit. We walked across the street to the beach daily. My teenage girls also loved the pool. Everything about this property was gorgeous. We took several family pictures around the gardens and fountains. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, morning or night. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. We walked on multiple occasions. Thank you for the memories!!

Great place!

This was our first time at Kamaole Sands, & we really enjoyed it. This unit is very nice and has a great view of the beautifully maintained grounds and the ocean beyond. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was much appreciated. The management company was easy to work with, and very responsive to my emails. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

Aloha Home Away from Home

Our condo fit us perfectly, spacious layout, nicely decorated, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and wonderful location overlooking fountains with a beautiful ocean view. The Maui Rental Staff answered all our questions promptly and even gave us a microwave loaner when the one in the condo didn't work. The only suggestion we have is that more detailed instructions on how to operate everything, TV, AC, Fans and indication of where to find particular light switches. But again, the Maui Staff responded quickly when we had a question. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat.

Perfect VRBO

This property was perfect for two couples. We each had our own bathroom and private rooms. The condo was clean, all the furnishings and linens were in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed; we made coffees, lunches, and even did steaks on the BBQ. The view from the balcony is the BEST! The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning of our stay. We thank the owners for sharing their amazing place with us. Can't wait to come back!! :)

Best sunsets in Maui

Beautiful space. Clean, safe and lovely sunsets right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful time. Kihei is a great area, very central, lots of good restaurants, not too resorty, plenty of beaches. Great stuff all around.

Perfect Beach Rental

We really loved our stay at the property. The complex is very well maintained and has a very nice pool area and gym area as well as tennis courts and bbq areas. There are great beaches for kids right across the street and in Wailea not far away. There are boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs and sand toys in the unit, which was very much appreciated. The unit has everything you need in it, kitchen and otherwise. Very nice furniture, and very comfortable beds! The balcony is awesome and the sunsets are amazing to watch. The complex is also very quiet after 10 pm which is great. One minor criticism would be that the blinds are somewhat easy to see through (even when closed) in the second bedroom, from the outside walkway. Not a huge deal. Very clean and well maintained. One of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in, thank you!
