Amazing views.. However , we were harassed by the person who monitors the parking lot. A little Heavy handed. Instruction were not clear on filling out a parking card. Notes on our car for not parking the very center. Also I was being watched by a lady a few times I went to my car. I’m African American. Lighten up. The space for the price was amazing and centered to all the attractions.. will only rent this place if I come back !! Local shops were a plus !!

Look no further! Paradise awaits!

One minute walk to the beautiful Kamaole Beach 1, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Fabulous accommodations with all the amenities! Loved the lanai with the day bed, woke up to the birds singing and the cool morning breezes. Spectacular ocean views. Private parking and great swimming pool. This one's got it all!

Great view and perfect location

This was the second time we've stayed in this unit. We love the 5th floor view and breeze, and the location of KBR is perfect for us. Just a couple minutes to the beach on foot and close to restaurants and groceries. The unit itself is well stocked to prepare meals with a basic pantry, lots of pots/pans/small appliances and dishes. My son slept on the bed on the lanai. Everything was just great. One thing to note, if you choose to sleep with the windows open, you will hear people talking on their way and waiting for the elevator. This can be bothersome in the early mornings and at night. With the windows closed, it's not really noticeable.

Fantastic! This condo is in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo has a great kitchen and the rooftop grills are incredible. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!

We loved this place! Very clean! Our favorite place to hang out was the lanai! The beach across the street was very nice. Easy walking distance to resturants. My only suggestion would be a mattress pad. The bed was a bit hard for us.

Amazing view

extremely clean, very comfortable bed. Everything you need was there, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board. There were spices and things left by other people. The kitchen was well stocked wth everything needed. Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. Clean newer furniture. It was a perfect stay for 10 days in fabulous Kihei.

Great Maui Condo

This is an older condo centrally located in Keihe. Close to dining and shopping. The condo has been updated and parts remodeled, overall very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo is well supplied with linens, towels, kitchen, utensils, beach, chairs, and umbrellas, beach mats, some food, items, and coffee. Staying here saved our family quite a bit of money as we were able to eat a lot of meals at home. There’s barbecue grills available on the seventh floor, along with seating and dining, and a place to watch the beautiful sunsets. The property manager was very pleasant to deal with, and easy to communicate with. we highly recommend this property, and we intend to come back again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Property was nice, kitchen had everything we needed, view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable & the bed on the lanai was such a great addition! Close to restaurants, stores, and very short walk to a nice beach. Short drive to a couple other great snorkeling beaches as well. Tons of turtles that swim right by you. Mary was very fast to respond to any questions I had & was nice and helpful. There were 2 things that were minor annoyances. 1. All towels need to be washed, dried and put away when checking out. I would have enjoyed showering the morning that I left but didn’t want to wake up an hour and a half early just to do laundry. 2. The strong emphasis to not bring any sand inside. I was reminded several times and I completely understand why, maybe there has been issues in the past BUT we are on an island surrounded by beautiful beaches so as much as you rinse yourself off, some sand might end up inside. Overall I would recommend staying here & we still had a great vacation!

I’m so glad I booked this condo! The place is beautiful, the beach is just across the street, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets right off the Lani or rooftop. We enjoyed using the rooftop grills available. Check in was super easy. Mary sent us an email of the must see things to do or places to eat. This was so helpful to us during our stay. If you have the option to choose this condo ,look no further!! Mary is an amazing host. Thank you Mary for making our trip so enjoyable!! Cindy and Brad

Awesome site and location!

First and foremost are host, Mary, provided us with an excellent introduction to Maui. She is a warm and gracious host. We really enjoyed the accommodations. Just the right size for us and all of the comfort of home. The location of the property put us right in the middle of some of the finest snorkeling. Also groceries and restaurants very accessible! My wife and I would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable & convenient

Excellent location in the heart of S. Kihei - easy walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Short drive to Wailea and all our favorite snorkeling spots .The rooftop lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine and meet some of your neighbors. Next time we’ll use the BBQs up there, as well.Our host, Mary, was great with communication before, during and after to ensure arrival and checkout was smooth and all our needs were met (thanks for having the espresso machine available! ).The dishwasher wasn’t working well so dishes needed some attention by hand, but not a big deal for just two of us. Generally had coffee & breakfast at the condo, packed a lunch and ate dinner out.The decor is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was quite comfortable.It was a really nice change from staying at hotels. We missed some of the conveniences of a hotel (like poolside service or a nightcap at the bar ) but very much enjoyed the extra space, having REAL coffee in the room, and the leisurely pace. Nothing worse than waiting in line or missing breakfast when you’re on vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent Location and Host

This was our first time in Hawaii. The host was a great resource for information and providing recommendations. She really helped maximize our time. We loved the view of the ocean and the location. The apartment also had all the necessary beach amenities like chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, and mats. We would love to come back in the future.

A lovely stay!

We were very comfortable for our 3 week stay. The decor is retro and fun. The location is awesome, just a short and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a big pool noodle were provided. Kitchen stocked with necessities. The AC looks old but it worked great and the apartment was cool even on some really hot days. Beautiful views. We loved it. Easy Easy Easy and relaxing vacation.

Great Location and Well Appointed

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to eat at great restaurants and spend time at the beach, so we were perfectly located for both. Thank you again, Mary, for such a wonderful stay. You are the best of hosts and your beautiful condo is packed with amenities. For any potential guests - check the suite before you shop! Mary is the best at communicating, and the lanai bed is a wonderful perk. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Best sunset view everyday.

Perfect location for a relax home away home. View of the ocean, mountain, and sunset everyday. Nice place. Next to a coffee shop, bakery, fish and chip restaurant, gelato, Mexican restaurant, Sushi, Pizza hut, and souvenir shop. Right around the corner for 24 hrs gas station ABC store. All furniture are new and modern. Property Owner (Mary) is very caring and address all needs that arrived.

Great location and excellent ocean view.

Loved this condo! Well stocked kitchen. We cooked breakfast most mornings, and enjoyed the rooftop grill area as well. Mary was an excellent host; she communicated clearly and promptly and was warm and friendly. She helped ensure we had groceries in the condo when we arrived per my request bc we arrived late and wanted to be able to relax in the next morning. She made sure the sofa bed was set up for our son. It was comfy for him, but he chose to sleep in the bed on the lanai the rest of the week. Was a great park to have a bed out there. The one thing that might be of note: the bedroom window was right by the elevator, so early morning we could hear the elevator ding from people using it. Otherwise, this is a great place to rent in Kihei. I highly recommend it!
