We had a fantastic stay at this well-maintained and comfortable 3-bedroom condo in Maui. The location was perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to all the best that the island has to offer. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made meals easy and enjoyable.The property amenities were also great. We loved having access to the pool and tennis courts, and the beach was just a short walk away. It truly felt like a home away from home.The property management team was responsive and accommodating, making the entire process—from booking to check-in and check-out—smooth and stress-free.We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Maui!

Great place. Not so great neighbor

This place is nice. It is clean and we'll taken care of. It is close to the parking lot, pool, tennis courts, and the common area. It made using the bbq grills very convenient for some of our dinners. We have stayed multiple times at the KOA Resort and have yet to have bad experiences. There were 2 things that make me not want to stay in this location again. First thing is the bed in the small downstairs basement was like sleeping in a soft shelled taco. I felt like I was going to roll out all night long while at the same time feeling like is was bent in half. The second this is the downstairs neighbor. She is extremely nice and loves to talk and interact with you. This is not the issue we had with her. He living space is very cluttered and not kept clean at all. This caused a smell to come from her home the we could smell while entering our condo or using the back deck. It was not pleasant and made staying at the condo a little bit uncomfortable.

Week in Paradise

The condo was very nice and clean. A little dated but met all our needs. Location was good as far as centrally located and able to get to most areas of the island quickly. The description says beach access short walk down the road. You can get out to the ocean but not a great beach spot. We ended up going to one of the nice public beach parks on our beach days. Great stay.

Family Vacay at Koa Resort

I have stayed in Koa resort in the past and it has never disappointed. We had great communication with the host and had all questions answered when needed. We had access to all amenities, beach equipment and toys for the kids. The home itself is magnificent, it was clean and had everything that was needed in the kitchen, as well in the bathrooms, plenty of towels to use. We took advantage of the washer and dryer as well and the best part of it all the beach was a 10 min walk. The family and myself really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

A very nice place

The unit was comfortable for 5 adults and a toddler. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the main level, and 1 bedroom and full bath in the loft. The spiral staircase to the loft is very tight. There is a celing fan over the sink in the upstairs bath that can easily be touched. The 2nd bedroom on the main level is the smallest. It has a double/ queen TACO bed, meaning you roll to the middle and feel like you're in a taco shell. The master bedroom is large and the bed was very comfy. None of the louvered windows closed completely which allowed sound, warm air and smells to enter the bedrooms freely. The downstairs neighbor keeps her cat's litterbox on her porch, and doesnt keep it clean. Also, the downstairs neighbor will let you know when she feels you're making too much noise ( 2 yr old toddler running thru the unit ) by banging on the ceiling and then will call you out when she sees you. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The unit was fine, the location is great. The grounds are kept neatly. We really enjoyed the pool which has a very shallow end for small kids.

Great stay at Kihei KOA

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The listing was as described and the grounds were well maintained. The pool had a nice shallow end and there was a great little lagoon across the main road where our toddler could play safely.

Nice little condo / Not as it seemed though

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The A/C and the fans worked very well to keep us cool and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs bathroom is really tight quarters when trying to open and close the door. Kind of uncomfortable. The pictures online made this condo look much nicer than it actually was. It is a lot smaller than what was presented in the add. It was comfortable and we had a great trip but we feel like we overpaid for what was represented.

Disappointing

I feel advertising this unit as remodeled is misleading. Here is what we found. Very old and dirty, stained carpets, old window blinds that fell apart when we tried to use them. The living room area had no blinds so not very appropriate for sleeping. We had plumbers show up twice during our stay and told they were turning off the water. There were no dish towels. On the positive side the grounds and pool were very nice.

Nice place in Maui

Very comfortable accommodations in Maui. Rooms were clean although bedroom carpet was stained. Upstairs bedroom was a loft and any noise downstairs carried right up. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The lanai gave us a feeling of privacy even though we were in a condo. Bathroom ceiling vent was dirty which bothered me a bit. The only real drawback was that our room was not ready at 4:00 and we were tired after a long flight. We had to wait another hour to access our room. Grounds were beautiful. Being able to grill was a plus. Loved the hot tub but had to compete with a lot of kids to use it. All in all, a good place to stay.

Great Experience, would come back!

First time in Hawaii

Lost water for hours due to county one night. Had water alarm going off on bathroom for no known reason one night. Tree rats next to balcony. Found skirt wrap under sofa cushion. Otherwise excellent

Beautiful abd peaceful

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful lanai surrounded by plants and monarch butterflies. The beds were comfy, and the pool and grounds were lovely!
