What more could you ask for?

Perfect location, stay, great views, sunsets,we had everything we needed. This was our 3rd stay at this location (Island Surf). And we will be back!!

Brillant location!

We had a horrible start to our journey with flight getting canceled due to mechanical issues. However, once we stepped into the condo, all of our stress melted away! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location qas steps away from great restaurants and rhe beach! Will definitely request to stay here again in the future!

Great Base of operations

Overall this stay was satisfactory, the location was great and easy to get to nearby beaches for sunsets and snorkeling. There is currently some construction in the downstairs shops so you have to use the rear entrance and this causes problems if you plan to stay indoors all day but its Maui so if you plan to be out during construction hours then you are OK. We brought up some concerns with the property manager and they were very responsive so overall i can recommend this place especially when construction ends. Property also includes everything in the kitchen one might need, chairs and a nice umbrella for the beach, a cooler and icepacks and a split system AC which was a great addition as some places just dont have.

Major Construction July 2024

This property is undergoing MAJOR structural repairs. Despite their best efforts, we awoke most days at 8-8:30am to extreme concrete grinding, jackhammers, pounding etc. We avoided the pool due to this as well. The entire bottom level is a fenced off construction area. The building should be closed while major work takes place. Not at all what my family expected for a calm Maui vacation.

Great stay in Kihei

Clean unit in a great location by restaurants and beaches. Unit is well stocked with all you need. Parking is easy. Great communication from property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo and the location

Condo was the perfect size for a couple with everything you need. Great view and close to everything. Clean and comfortable and the management was great with communication.

Well kept property

Outside of building may not be super fancy but inside is what counts to me. Condo was exactly as pictured on site, clean, and had pretty much everything you may need for your stay. Kitchen,bathroom, laundry and beach supplies. The view of ocean, Sunrise and Sunsets are amazing.

Great Condo

The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the surfers in the morning, the sun set in the evening, and the world go by. We would stay here again. Len and Michele

Location, location, location!

What a great trip! The condo worked out very well for us. The view is amazing. There are shops and restaurants all around as well. You are never far from something to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Dryer broken

We love island surf and always stay at this complex. It was huge bummer not having a working dryer. I found the spare sheets in the dresser to make the sofa bed for my kids and they appeared dirty. Housekeeping was supposed to bring fresh bedding but didn’t until 2 days after. We bring limited clothes. Luckily we are originally from the island and had friends house to do laundry. A new washer/dryer unit was installed the day before leaving the island and the dryer still didn’t work. This is a nice unit just make sure if you are in need of washer and dryer that it works!! Management was quick to reply when I messaged them

Awesome place to stay in Kihei

When I located this place on VRBO, I knew I found exactly what we were looking for. An A/C in the living room and in the bedroom, a washer and dryer, a small kitchen stocked with everything you need, great views of the ocean and sunset, right across the street from a park and the ocean, stores and restaurants in the immediate area, a pool, and BBQs. We rented this place for the above reasons. This was our first time in Maui. Kihei turned out to be one of our favorite places on the island. It has a laid back vibe. It’s a short drive to the other main areas of the island (Wailea, Lahaina, & the airport). The place was clean, it has ample parking, and an elevator, which makes it easy to get to the 3rd floor. We had a few minor issues with the place. Todd bent over backwards to fix the issues and accommodate us, which we really appreciated. Todd was quick to respond and took care of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The place also came with folding chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels, which was really nice to have for going to the many different beaches. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Maui.

nice location but washer was not working

We enjoyed the stay and everything worked as expected. For us, washer was very important as we were traveling with Kids. I called the manager and emailed her as well but it never got fixed. I did not see any effort from the management in taking care of this.

Perfect location for experiencing Maui

This property had everything we needed and more. Perfect scenic location, cooking utensils, laundry, and small necessary things that travelers don’t want to pack. I would definitely recommend.

Nice Place!

This place is as described and there were no complaints at all. Would go back and can recommend it if you're the kind of traveler that tries to get the best experience for your money and doesn't need the 5 star resort experience.
