Good- great location, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean w less than 2-3 minute walk to it, walkable area, master bed/pillows comfortableNot So Good- shower towels are tiny; my 19YO wears XS and barely wrapped around her- hot water was nonexistent; warm at best, master ensuite shower took 3 minutes to warm up before turning cold within 5. Some days wasn't even warm and the time of day/how many showers were needed didn't matter- blankets were thin - quiet time not abided by. If 8am, then employees should not be at 630am- washer & dryer were filthy; sand throughout the dryer and visible through the glassVRBO listing showed nothing about having to supply toilet paper, dish detergent, condiments, etc. Wasn’t notified until after final payment made a few weeks prior and after cancellation period ended. It does not make financial/economical sense to buy things like salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, mustard, syrup, etc. And to not supply toilet paper, paper towel or garbage bags, I was shocked. I’ve stayed around the world in VRBO places and never required to supply. For long term stays, I would understand but for short term stays, it is wasteful. As an owner of a condo literally next door the price charged for 10 day stay is pure greed considering doesn’t supply the kitchen and bathroom basics or decent sized towels. Would I recommend - probably but just be aware of what you need to supply that is not included.
