The condo is very nice, comfortable beds, well appointed. The deck is very peaceful. The parking space was convenient to the front door and it was a nice walk to the the shops at Wailea. I didn't give 5 stars because of the loud neighbors upstairs.

Having stayed at Grand Champions Villas in 15 different units we found this one to be a superior location overlooking the golf course, convenient ground level access, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. Also the towels: bath and beach were fresh and did not have any smell, which was a common experience in other units.

Perfect location , great property and amazing service

We loved the location of the property and the condo is very well maintained . We had 2 adult couples and one toddler. The 2nd bedroom with the single and queen bed was perfect for us and our daughter . The complex is lovely and quick walk or even quicker drive to the beach. Our daughter unfortunately got sick towards the end of our stay and the was a large storm that hit the island. James and everyone with Maui Paradise properties was so accommodating thoughtful in letting us have a late check out on our last day so we didn’t have to figure out how to manage a sick child in the rain.A stress free and wonderful end to a great vacation!!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful property, gorgeous view, condo is updated and very clean and comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything, beds comfortable, sheets luxurious, beach chairs , big cooler, two minor service needs were addressed quickly. Downstairs unit close to parking, no stairs. We will return!

BOOK IT!

This condo was such a great choice! Clean, spacious, the view of the golf course was amazing. And in the distance you could see the ocean too! We ate every meal on the patio! Walking distance to a great shopping area with a small grocery store and restaurants as well. Our favorite food choice was a pizza restaurant even closer to the property but I can’t remember the name. Highly recommend though!! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

This unit was a great find. Very clean and well equipped kitchen, great view of the golf course and ocean view. Grand Champions is close to shopping, restaurants and a great jumping off point for any activities. Would definitely recommend this unit

Good but Not Excellent

Location can't really be beat for the price. Aside from paying double per night for a beach side hotel room, there is no better place to stay in Wailea. From the Grand Champion Villas you are within a 5 minute drive of gorgeous beaches, excellent cafes and restaurants and a fantastic beach walk. That having been said, there are a few things that keep this particular unit from being 5 star. First off, the shower in the guest room was not clean and had a large clump of hair in the drain when we checked in. The air conditioning wasn't exactly strong and made a very loud noise when it cycled on and off every ten minutes, making it difficult to sleep at night or relax on the lanai when others were inside using it. Next, the internet stopped working on day 4 of our 6 day stay and was never restored. We tried calling the property management company once for another issue and were put on perpetual hold. The instructions for the unit were very impersonal, without specifics for the unit we were staying at (e.g. tv remote instructions were not accurate and there was no mention of the specifics of the property, pool map, code, etc). Also, believe them when they say they have only put a starter amount of household items for your use. In other properties we had stayed at GCV in there have been cooking basics such as olive oil. Here you will find just salt and pepper. Overall, it was just ok. We will look for another until in GCV and another property management company when we return.

We enjoyed the condo only down fall was the glass slider to patio/lanai was stuck and didn’t open up for us the whole trip. Maintenance couldn’t get to it until after our stay.

COULD BE BETTER

first time at grand champion! we go every year to maui!! place was nice but might want to go direct with grand champion! maui paradise management not very helpful with any service needed since they are not onsite! we stayed 14 days and had no cleaning service we had to do all our self!no mop vacume hardly worked! called for extra towels and no help! pools very small looks bigger in pictures. we will not be back nice place very bad service! wish this was better but want to be honest! hope they get better! can get better place for the money we paid!

Nice place on a beautiful property

We had a great stay. The grounds are beautiful. The unit was modern and well kept. What we loved: - Clean modern interior - A/C Units - Washer / Dryer - Bed configuration - Close, reserved parking - Nice grounds - Great communication from host - No surprises Only issues we found (very minor) - Could use: can opener, cookie sheet and box of tissues - At the far end of the Island (we knew this going in but so should you) - Pricing seemed to end up a bit higher than originally stated (This may be VRBOs issue and not the renter)
