We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.Pros:Close to beaches, restaurants, walk along ocean all the way to Polo Beach; AC was great; bedroom quiet at night; Comfortable bed and pillows; Large safe; good supply of cooking utensils, storage containers, Pyrex measuring cup; beach umbrella and chairs; lots of clothes hangers; lots of storage space. Condo complex quiet and low key.Cons:Constant traffic noise from street between unit and ocean; one bathroom had a single small bar of soap and the other bathroom had no soap at all; mildew/mold in washing machine

Clean and spectacular ocean view. We stayed with our two kids (6 and 9 years old) and the front enclosed grass area was perfect for them to play and for us all to watch the sunset. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, great central location. We will stay here again.

Overall, our stay was amazing. The lanai was everything that Sue said it was. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, the freezer didn’t freeze too well and the outside got very hot which was concerning. The beds were comfortable and the split A/C unit kept the bedroom nice and cool for sleeping. We didn’t use any of the complex amenities so no feedback there. The one thing I was disappointed with was the washer smelled of mildew and mold. Which means that the towels or anything you washed had that smell. I’m thinking it’s not getting the monthly cleaning tablets made for these newer front loading washers? Again, overall our stay was pretty amazing.

Wonderful Condo in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Dinners on the lanai with whales being in view was fantastic. The upper pool is really nice and big. Condo was very clean and large for a 1 bedroom.The host had excellent communication and did everything to help make it a wonderful experience.

Lovely front row Maui Kamaole unit in G building

We had a lovely stay in this condo. The view is excellent from the front row location. The condo is well appointed throughout, including kitchen items, water toys, bedding and such. The furniture works well for its purposes, the outside table and chairs are excellent. Everything you need is waiting for you!

This property has everything you could hope for: location across from beautiful beach therefore walking distance, comfortable bed, full kitchen including spices and Brita filter, grounds were picturesque with great pool, welcome book with great suggestions, and quiet beautiful view of the ocean that almost forces relaxation !

Great location in south Kihei

This front row condo was right across the street from the ocean and within a short walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, and the mattresses (bedroom and sofa bed) were quite comfortable. The assigned parking space was also close to the unit. The air conditioning in the living room was a little noisy and had erratic on/off operation but it kept the room cool. The AC in the bedroom worked great and was very quiet. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic location, great property!

The location in Kehei is fantastic - short walk across the street to the beach. Groceries and restaurants close by. Clean, updated unit with nice outdoor patio with view of the ocean, large bedroom, large dining area and well equipped kitchen. This is a great home base for exploring Kehei beaches, or doing the drive to Hana, or up Haleakala! Would definitely rent again!

Thank you, we had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean, and well stocked. We appreciated not having to run to the store for additional items like laundry & dish soap. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep!

What a Wonderful Place to Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Great views from lanai including whale watching. Condo is well equipped. Experienced trade winds (dust and palm branches filling the air on a couple of days). Easy access to beach for walks to the KAMs and Wailea as well swimming and snorkeling. Would rent this unit again if opportunity arises.

An ideal Maui vacation spot

Sue's condo is an ideal place to stay when visiting Maui. The condo is spacious, spotless and well equipped - exactly as advertised. The unobstructed view of the water from the lanai is a special bonus. We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning, and had great success whale-watching from the lanai with our binoculars. The views at sunset were spectacular. The evening breeze through the condo was so cool and soothing during our stay in late February, that we had no need to use the air conditioner. The location is ideal as there are several good restaurants are located nearby. Sue's advice in this regard was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hope that we can book it again in the future.

Great Location

Nice Condo. The condo is very clean and well appointed with a stocked kitchen and beach toys. My only suggestion would be a couple of new pillows that are a little more fluffy. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay at your wonderful condo! We tried to leave the condo in the same condition we were welcomed by it. Beautiful ocean views and well appointed and tasteful condo ! Me and my husband had a fantastic time, the place was amazing!! It had all modern appliances, was well maintained and very comfortable. Beautiful view! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Maui you will not be disappointed.

Great vacation!

Our stay in G108 was terrific! Sue and Paul were kind, gracious hosts. The best location on the strip- quieter but within walking distance to everything and right across the road from one of the best Kihei beaches. We so enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the boats in the harbour, whales jumping, and beautiful sunsets! The condo was very clean and comfortable- we felt at home immediately! Bed was comfortable, linens were new, kitchen had everything we needed and the beach equipment great! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Condo has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation in Kihei, especially for scuba diving

The condo is very well appointed making our stay in Maui so easy and comfortable. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs, and a well stocked kitchen. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries also. We are scuba divers and this unit is literally across the street from the Kihei boat ramp where many dive companies launch, so easy!
