Excellent property. Beautiful condo complex. Located near teh beginning of the walking path along the ocean, with wonderful pool, beach, and Oceanside pavilion for daily sunset viewing. Extremely clean and well-stocked condo. Would book again and again

High end! Great location, a/c in every room, great showers and beds. Kitchen VERY well stocked. A few spices only, get your own everything else. Fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for our stay! Very clean and updated. Main lanai was great for watching sunsets and had all our meals out there. Patio off each bedroom as well! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach supplies are great. Easy walk to the pool and beach. We would definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to Wailea!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

We loved our stay in this unit, it was exactly as advertised- great location, partial ocean views and a clean and lovely 2 bedroom condo. We have stayed at the Ekahi many times over the years and our family agreed that this was one of our favourite units. We enjoyed watching the sunset right at the patio!

Great place, nice location.

Unit 26A. The grounds are well kept, and worked well for our larger group. The condo had plenty of cooking tools, and good counter space for prep+breakfast, etc. Parking was convenient, and available during our stay.

Wonderful condo in paradise!

My family and I loved the condo. We did not have any issues with bugs or the like, contrary to other reviews. It’s a beautiful unit with a great layout and excellent location. We loved walking down to the beach each morning and spending our mornings there, taking the beach path over to the other resorts for dinner and being a short drive or walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Great first floor condo with ocean views! On the edge of the property which felt more secluded. Kitchen had everything you’d need and more to prepare meals! No issues with road noise or bugs! Fantastic stay, we would rent the same unit again.

Fantastic clean unit

Great 2 bedroom unit on a beautiful well maintained property. 3 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking. The only critique I can make is about the noise from the upper unit. The building isn't very noise resistant. Despite this, I would absolutely stay there again.

Poor communication for broken items

I’ll start with the negative, one bathroom faucet was broken and never repaired. I sent texts asking when the faucet would be fixed and I never receive a resoponse for the rest of our trip. Inconveinient not to have hot water for the entire trip in that bathroom. Typically a place like this provides napkins, spices, hand lotion, pad of paper and pen and so on, but this one did not. I love the location and the resort area’s were perfectly maintained. Easy walk to the pool on beautiful pathways. Lovely pool with an awesome view of the ocean. Our condo was very nice with large kitchen and bedrooms with lots of views. It felt private because of the layout of all the condos. The patio was spacious and comfortable as well. Very relaxing and quiet.

Beautiful

The property was waell-maintained and well stocked. The kitchen had “almost” every imaginable gadget one could expect - we actually needed a masher for mashed potatoes, which the accommodations did not have - however, everything else was of good quality and quantity, that the above mentioned is really nitpicking. The grounds are beautiful and impeccibly maintained, as well. My only real complaint would be that the chaise longue were all relatively dirty and that a quick wipe down did not get them clean. All in all, we would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has so many little amenities that the owners have provided that it is fun to find them in the drawers. the association does not allow BBQ any more but the unit has a cuisinart grill that plugs into the wall outside on the patio table and we could BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers with ease. Nice idea to solve a problem with grilling.very nice sized 2 before unit. out grandkids enjoyed staying there and it is quite easy to make it to the pool. the larger pool is a bit more of a walk but it is doable. all he codes for wifi etc worked just fine. we did have a problem with the TV that CB customer service jumped on right away. they were very responsive. Also appreciated the guest safe in the bedroom closet. nice touch that many do not provide.we will use the unit again.

Great layout, Great location - But not too clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two nice size master suites with their own patios, a nice large modern kitchen and lanai with solid view of ocean is perfect. Walk down the mountain to the beach, multiple pools to choose from. The issue with this unit is roach infestation. We killed dozens every day - in kitchen, in bathroom. Honestly gross. The floor was filthy, too. Do not wear white socks. Rental company sent in exterminator and sent cleaners in to wash down kitchen - but we spent our time moving everything out to be sprayed, and helping put things back together. Roaches continued throughout our entire 4 week stay - despite having no food out, garbage removed 2X day. We were embarrassed when our guests experienced roaches putting a glass into the dishwasher or opening a drawer. Yuk.

Good location but….

Overall we had a nice vacation which is easy to do in Maui! We did have some issues which will prevent us from booking this unit again. First the bugs. We had read about bugs in the unit from a previous renter but we have stayed in Maui many times and are used to seeing some bugs. This was a different level that really surprised us. Bugs are in all the drawers and on the kitchen counters. Basically you open a drawer and many bugs will come out. We debated calling for another spray but decided we would rather have the bugs than the fumes. Plus the bugs were there from day 1 and we were told they sprayed between guests so that wasn’t gonna help. Last night in the condo the ac unit was rattling so loud we couldn’t sleep. Had to turn it off and deal with the heat. The noise from the road was definitely an issue. This unit has the old style louvered windows which don’t provide any soundproofing. Pretty noisy at night. We had a minor issue with the porch light being out. I texted the property manager but got no reply. I ended up calling after 3 days on a different issue. I expected more at this price point and will look at this condo complex again just not this unit.
