Wonderful vacation location

Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 16, 18, 20, and 22) had a fabulous time at this rental. It was spacious and a perfect location to get to the pools and beach. The description was accurate. The grounds were beautiful. The host was responsive to questions. We would stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The view is amazing. Quick walk to the beach. Loved that we were provided with plenty of amenities, including dish rags, dish soap, broom etc. The only con is the AC is loud but it worked great. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The property absolutely lovely. We asked for the twin beds to be converted to a king using a topper and customer service made the effort to make the entire stay much nicer for our party. Thank you!

5 star Maui condo

Great location, close to all amenities. Short walk to beach, 2 pools, and racquet sports court. Lots of beach gear provided, as well as racquet sports supplies. Ample kitchen appliances—blender, waffle maker, instant pot, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

The unit exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed plus more. Centrally located in the complex and just a short walk to the pools and beach. The space was spotless, inviting and comfy. Management was very easy to deal and the check in/check out was simple. I highly recommend this property for a fabulous Maui vacation.

Amazing condo!

What a fabulous place to spend with my family! The place was more than what I expected. The facilities were great… pickleball/tennis court, the beach, pool and gym are all so close by. Love all the appliances that were provided. The ample chairs in balcony. Love the decor. Definitely , will rent this place again. Just one thing that would be great to have is some beach chairs. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful vacation. Thank you…. Mahalo

Immaculate condo and perfect location!

Easy accèss, great communication and location is perfect. Beautiful ocean view from our very large balcony/lanai. Impeccably furnished with the highest standard of all immenities. Great general location to shops at Wailea. Would definitely stay again.

Maui Wedding

The unit was amazing. The air conditioning wasn't working when we checked in but the situation was fixed the next morning. Only other complaint was that all the blinds were broken, thus unable to open the windows for natural light.

A stellar property and experience

Our family's stay at this property was such a wonderful and amazing experience. Location: the property's location was perfect. Ulua beach is beautiful, great snorkling, tons of sea turtles, and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, a luau and more. Short drive to Safeway, food trucks and golf. Condo: the Team did a great job describing the property. We found the condo to be just perfect, and the included items were often nicer than our expectation. We spent a lot of time waking up & winding down on the balcony. The amenities on property really made it special - the gym overlooks the beach and ocean, huge pool, very large lanai with a all of the kitchen equipment, commercial icemaker, lounge chairs with umbrellas, showers, etc. The grounds are kept pristine - manicured grass, lush vegetation, and very quiet. Don't miss the opportunity to lounge in the chairs in the private area on the peninsula! Even with everything Maui has to offer, we found our family wanting to stay on property & take it all in. Property Mgmt: Communication & responsiveness prior to arrival was excellent. I felt I had everything I needed for an easy & uneventful arrival. Likewise, upon time for departure, the communication was clear. The Team also made themselves available by text message, and immediately answered any inquiries. They quietly contacted me during the stay to check up & make sure everything was perfect (and it was!). I highly recommend this property, and only regret not staying longer.

Perfect spot

Perfection from moment one! The property is absolutely beautiful - gardens, pools, walkways. Relaxing and quiet. We wanted for nothing - best equipped VRBO I’ve stayed in. We hope to go back!!

Great rental!

We stayed here for a week with four adults and one teen and another party we weee with stayed in an adjacent condo. It was the perfect size. Everything we needed was available. One of the best supplied rentals I’ve ever been in. Even the bed was comfortable which we always have a hard time with when we’re on vacation. We love Wailea and the proximity to Ulua made it easy to come and go from the beach. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful place! Our family had spend a nice vocation here. I love the oceanview balcony most. And it’s just few minutes walk to the beach. There’s a trail beside the ocean. Hope we can come back soon!

Wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed the space, the view, the amenities, and location. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking supplies. The unit is right above the pickleball court and we had fun playing, and appreciated the convenience of the pool, beach, and cabanas on the bluff. The location is great and the condo was very comfortable.

Lovely property with a few glitches

This is a beautiful condo but a few small repairs and amenities would have made our stay more comfortable. (1) the shower in the hall bathroom leaks badly. There’s a substantial gap between the shower door and the shower enclosure and there’s no way to keep water from running out. A LOT of water — as in, a small river running down the hall. The first time this happened we weren’t aware and a family member slipped and fell in the hall because the water isn’t visible on the pale stone floors. (2) the unit has stone floors throughout with only a few area rugs. These are cold and hard, especially standing in front of the bathroom vanity. A few rugs in the bathrooms would have been nice. (3) we’ve never stayed in a Wailea condo previously that didn’t have at least a few basic kitchen supplies like spices. This unit had nothing, not even SALT. There also aren’t enough dishes for a group of six. And not a single saucepan in the unit.

Excellent place to stay

Clean, comfortable condo with easy walk to pools, pickleball court and beach that’s good for boogie boarding/snorkeling/watching sunsets. Unit was stocked with everything we needed including 4 beach chairs and coolers. Basket of local fruits/snacks/coffee was a nice touch! Communication with Vacation Maui was prompt/helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible place to stay.

This unit is an absolute dream. We traveled with our 3 kids (20, 18, and 14 years old). It was our first time to Wailea and we are already planning our next trip! The unit is so spacious, with so much living and dining spaces. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances and cookware. The front deck is beautiful and huge. It was such a treat to drink our coffee out there every morning. The bedrooms are roomy with fantastic closet and dresser space. Bathrooms were great as well. The beach is a 3 minute walk through the gorgeous landscaping. The best upscale shopping in Wailea is a 5 minute walk. The golf courses are a very short drive away. This unit is an absolute gem and our entire family feels lucky to have spent a week there. The management office was great with getting us the instructions we needed ahead of time.

Perfect stay

Our first trip to Maui could not have been any better thanks to Wailea Elua #803. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, and the unit well stocked with anything you need to make your dream vacation just that. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for the best vacation ever!

Beautiful Property & View

We loved just about everything with this property. Everyone was very comfortable and it came stocked with just about everything you would need. This has a beautiful view and was a short walk to the beach. It was exactly as advertised. The only negative were some issues with the motorized window coverings, one in the living room stopped working and was stuck halfway, blocking the view and you had to duck under it to get in and out to the balcony. The same thing happened with one in the bedroom. Management was responsive and had someone come out to look quickly, but it didn’t get fixed while we were there, unfortunately.

We don’t want to leave!

Our stay in Maui was incredible! The condo was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to wake up to the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. We spent hours enjoying the ocean sights and sounds on the lanai. This condo made for the perfect getaway!

Modern condo

A friend's family stayed at this unit. It was conveniently located next to two pools and had tons of beach stuff for the adults and kids. The deck looks out to the water so made for a few nice sunsets. The appliances are all new and the furnishings are comfortable. The master bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms which created some privacy for all. There's also a cute little bbq and table in the backyard area. We had a nice dinner out there one night though the area could use more lighting. We'd recommend the unit.

Very nice, beautiful view of the ocean.

The property is beautiful and convenient for walking to a golf course and shopping. We did have an issue with the freezer - ice machine wasn't working, so we bought a 20lb bag of ice, but the freezer door wouldn't open and so we couldn't access the bag of ice we had. Property management was pretty prompt to bring us a cooler and ice. They couldn't get it open either.
