15 year anniversary!

This place was perfect .. great location, well supplied kitchen as well as beach and pool items. All we had to do was shop for our food and that was easy with several store options. Would come again in a heart beat and rent the same location.

Spacious Maui Condo

Beautiful grounds, this condo was fully stocked with all that is needed for a stay. It was very apparent that the owners took pride in this condo and wanted to make sure guests had what they needed for a great vacation. Perfect for us!

Updated condo with great amenities

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. The owners have done a fantastic job at decorating the unit with newer linens, furniture, decor etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ grill every night too! I would 100% stay here again.

Great ground floor unit!

We spent a week here and we were surprised at how quiet and convenient it was. This is a great unit for a couple with quick access to the grounds. It is very close to the pool but not noisy at all. Well situated to catch the evening breeze to cool off.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We were so happy with the property. It was exactly what was advertised. The process of renting was beyond simple and felt really supported. The location is perfect on the property and in the town of Kihei. I have to say that the property was one of the reasons we had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. Really was a home away from home. All the supplies in the kitchen and the fun toys for the beach were all perfect. Beds were comfy, linens a plenty so really no complaints. If you want a great place to stay, look no further.

This condo has everything!

Great location. We enjoyed the nearby beach and all of the beach gear as well as the murphy bed. The kitchen was well stocked, and freezer was stocked with ice and freezer blocks for the coolers. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated. Bedding is in great shape. My only complaint was a smell of moisture in the master bathroom. Property management was responsive.

Perfect Family Location

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 (kids age 4 & 6). The murphy bed was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The Owner has some great gear to use at the beach so you don't need to pack your own chairs and sand toys. The communication from the management group was excellent. Easy to check-in / check-out. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Great staying with family

I loved Kamaole Sands' programs and facilities. The pool was great for a young child. Our first-floor room was also perfect for them. I want to give five stars to the room itself. Everything was cozy. So, my boy denied going outside for a few days. He was just delighted in the nice air-conditioned room.

Amazing trip!

We had a fantastic stay! Location of unit was so convenient getting to the pool and beach! With two young kids that made all the difference! The only downside was that the wifi router died halfway through our stay which normally would not have been an issue but cellular reception was also poor which left us feeling a little stranded at bedtime after the kids went to bed. Still totally worth it and would definitely rent this unit in the future!

Great time had by all

The unit appears to have been remodeled recently. Firm mattress, newer furniture with updated baths and kitchen makes for wonderful experience on the ground floor of a 3-story condo complex. The presence of maintenance people by day and security at night kept any element of riff-raff (or homeless) away for a safe experience for kids and adults alike.

Kihei stay

Property had everything we could possibly need. Lots of care in the details here. Great location for families on the garden level and close to pool. Unit had all amenities for the beach and fully stocked kitchen. My single feedback would be a foldable wagon to bring beach goods and cooler down to the beach. That’s not any knock just a great addition our friends had with their unit.

Cozy & convenient

This condo made a great home base for our family of 4, over the two weeks we spent on Maui. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach gear more than generous. It was nice to be so close to the pool and only a few minutes walk to the great beach, across the street. The murphy bed, in the living room, was a big plus for my boys and worked out well however, having some storage for their clothes would have been an even bigger win. Overall, I think the pictures are pretty accurate as far as what to expect in and around the condo. Thanks!

A very comfortable stay

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable (esp the bed) and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of beach gear available too. We had a glitch when trying to get into the condo as we were given a code for the unit but it didn't work on the door handle pad. We then realized the code was for the lock box for the key. Would've been helpful to have known this beforehand. Guest services were quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful. The larger property is beautiful and well maintained. Great pool and close to beaches. The lanai is a little small but nice for sitting. We would definitely stay here again.

House Rules

The unit was clean and is in very good condition. The property is in a very good location. The check-in process and facilities were all drama-free. The unit, particularly the bedroom, is just off the parking lot and heavily traveled so not private or quiet. The House Rules - "don't use the nice towels" and "take out the garbage and do the dishes upon departure" when I'm paying for the cleaning service were off-putting. I own rental property on the Big Island and would never require that of my guests. The experience could have been worse but I have had better.

Nice reno, great location

We’ve stayed at the Kamaole Sands several time, but this was the first time in a ground floor unit. We really enjoyed the ground floor lanai and being able to spread out onto the lawn when friends came to visit. The unit is was very nicely renovated and well equipped. The split AC system worked well. The Murphy bed in the living room is so much more comfortable than the the hide-a-bed in most units. It’s is also easier to put away during the day. The location in the complex is handy to the pool and the parking. You are close to the path between buildings 3 & 5 though so there is some foot traffic. Overall a fantastic unit!
