Location location location

This unit was perfect for my families annual vacation to Maui. The view was amazing and you could watch the sunsets from the balcony. The AC was a nice touch for these Alaskans. The pool on the property was always clean and sparkling! We’ll definitely be back!

No place to go for a run and water was muddy due to storm

Property was okay. There is no place to go for a run because there are only certain areas with sidewalk in this area and the beach is too uneven. There was loud noise because of pickle ball taking place all day and night. Water was muddy from a recent storm, so we had to travel 30-minutes north to get clean beach.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable

This was a great value and location for our week in Kihei and exploring Maui. The unit fit our family of 5 perfectly and met all of our expectations. Full size laundry helped us pack lightly. Kitchen had all we needed. A nice bonus was the scuba masks, coolers and chairs next to laundry. While noted in description just be aware pickleball is very popular and starts almost each morning at 8AM sharp. Public courts are just outside the balcony. However, we quickly were able to tune it out and focus on the sound of the birds and waves. This property is conveniently located to many other things we wanted to do and just a very short drive to several restaurants and stores. Would recommend staying here. Very clean and the welcome package on the kitchen island was very much appreciated after a long travel day. Thank you!

Great Complex with outstanding Property Manager.

The property manager was fantastic to deal with. Upon entering the unit we noticed one of the upstairs AC units were not working properly. They had a tech come out the next day and research the issue. unfortunately it was not able to be fixed while we were staying. The Property Management team worked with us on a partial refund and added fans to make the stay comfortable. The complex is small and well taken care of with great access to the park and beaches. if the AC would have worked upstairs, it would have been 5 stars.

Great location

This condo was in a great location to explore all of Maui. Great beaches, shops, and restaurants near by and a short drive to all the hikes, beaches, and attractions across Maui. Condo has a beautiful view of the oceanand a private pool and hot tub.

Location Location Location

So close to the ocean. We had coffee on our balcony in the morning watching the sun splash colors across the mountain during sunrise and we had a glass of wine watching the sunset in the evening. Kihei is centrally located on the island and we had no trouble driving around to see the other sights. If we had a choice between driving the road to Hana or waking up early for the sunrise on Haleakala, I would pick the sunrise personally. The best perk of this condo was air conditioning. Maui in September you really really really need AC. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. There were extra linens in the drawers and beach chairs and towels in the closet. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this particular condo in the future if we happen to travel back to Maui. Very Nice

Great location and amenities

Great views, location, and amenities. Having five beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and things like laundry detergent already in the room is awesome. Only downside was the WiFi is pretty awful, and the AC can't quite keep up (was typically about 76f in the condo).

Good Location but travelers lack respect of condo rules

The location of the condo complex is great. Unfortunately, the condo itself faces directly the picket ball court and matches start at 6:30 am every day - ok if you have early starts, annoying if not as it gets loud. The biggest issue we had was the screaming and loudness of our direct neighbors - every single night - well into the early mornings. The complex makes it very clear that there are quiet hours (on the contract, in the unit, in the staircases…) and so after the first night we talked with the Office. They were very nonchalant about it and didn’t do a thing, after telling us that they would look into it. Very disappointing.

Overall good

We were comfortable and the view is great. The cons were that the upstairs floor squeaks and the stairs squeak, making it very hard to not wake up other people. The walls are paper thin. Also, somehow I did realize that the upstairs bedroom was a loft. I may have missed that.

Great, friendly spot.

Condo was clean and had all amenities you’d want! We borrowed a snorkel and beach chairs and loved the view from the lanai every morning. Had great morning walks on the beach and friendly engagement with both fellow travelers and owners at the pool. A little too far to walk into town but a good spot if you want out of the hubbub.

Clean and well laid out property

This property was really nice and updated. We appreciated the AC in the unit. Island artwork was a very nice addition. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the amazing view from the balcony.
