my friend and I loved our stay at your condo. Check in and access to the unit was easy. It’s location is perfect. We had a short walk to Charlie Young Beach, grocery stores, the market and Kihei is in a perfect location to explore the island in every direction. The unit is well supplied, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were great beach towels that did not hold the sand and beach chairs. When back at the unit, our favorite place to be was on the balcony with that beautiful view! The condo facility is wonderful. It’s quiet. It’s gardens are beautiful. The pools are so pleasant. We preferred the natural temperatures of the air during the day and had the door open to receive a little breeze. At night, the AC unit was sufficient to cool it down in a matter of minutes so we slept comfortably. We are already thinking about our next Maui venture. We will keep this one in our books for a possible return! Much gratitude!

Maui getaway

Anyone looking to stay in Kihei, Maui Vista is a must. Ideal location, short walk across the street to Charley Young beach. Some shops and restaurants nearby. Very quiet at night. Accomodations were exactly as listed. Could use one more comfy chair in the living room as the couch was small and the other chair was hard. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Check in was an absolute breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Very Clean, Nicely Decorated, Great Location

I've stayed in several Kihei condos and this was one of the best; they've redecorated beautifully, have a lovely ocean view from the deck, and are located right above a quiet pool that we practically called our own!

Nice Getaway

We had a fabulous vacation here! The location is perfect, we were able to walk to everything we needed. The beach is a short 3 minute walk across the street. The space was perfect for our family of 3, with our teen having her own space upstairs. The only downside is the downstairs bedroom is hot. The AC does not reach that bedroom, so one of us (who sleeps hot) had to sleep on the living room sofa where it was cooler. A bedroom AC window unit would score this 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our week here. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee. The view was beautiful. The view of the pool was nice. Having 2 bathrooms made it nice for our family of 4.

Great location

We spent a great 5 weeks in this condo. Best location in Kihei, close to the beach and easy walk to stores & restaurants. Good communication, clean, felt like home. We liked this condo best of 4 we have stayed at in Maui Vista.

Great location, met all our needs!

This was a great condo for our family of 4. It was our first time in Maui, and the location could not have been better for all the activities we wanted to do. My brother and his family stayed at another condo a few minutes away, and they came over to visit with us before their flight had to take off. They were so impressed by how much better our condo was with furnishes, decor, and accessories. It made me feel even that much better for this gem. It had a great view, the pool was very nice for the kids to play in at night, and it had great internet for me because I had to do some work after the kids went to bed. I would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Laid back in Kihei

Condo is perfectly located if you’re making your base in Kihei (always my preference when visiting Maui). Communication was good with property manager and listing is accurate. Easy access to beach across the road from Condo complex. Would recommend and stay here again. My family loved their time.

Perfect location!

The condo location is perfect. The beach across the street is great and it is walking distance to two shopping/dining areas. The condo is very nice, albeit small. It was perfect for my brother, son and I (I shared the king bed with my son). My only complaint about our stay is that the living area is very dark at night - there is no overhead or big light that brightens the whole room, just lamps and pendant lights over table and counter. That said, would definitely stay there again!

GREAT location!

This condo is in a great location, easy walk across the street to beach. Overall the condo is great. A little too much furniture and not much light upstairs at night. The upstairs dresser didn’t hold much so only 1 person could unpack up there. Main level bedroom is great. The supplied beach chairs & umbrella were great! We enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

This place was perfect for us, as its location allowed us to explore different parts of Maui without having to drive too far in any one direction. We loved watching sunrise snd sunset from the lanai, and the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed. The extra fans were a huge plus on humid days. Management was also great with communications and information. Overall would highly recommend!

Short walk to the beach!

This unit was updated, clean, had great items in the condo and was a short walk to the beach. Parking was never a problem! We are already booking for next winter in the same unit!

Great Location - Great Condo!

Enjoyed the condo - the upstairs loft was fantastic with the bathroom, and the bedroom downstairs was nice and tucked away. Will be heading back here! Central to Kihei (<10m walk), and the beach is a 3 min walk away. Was lovely!

Perfect location for family

This unit is great, with a partial view of the ocean and walking distance to a few beach options and restaurants. We walked to Auntie Snorkel to rent and crossed the street to the Kam 1 beach to snorkel. Really calm for kids. Hope we can come back another year!

Cute but could use a few things

Very cute! Location is great. The condo could use a few things. More beach towels. 1 per person isn't enough. I've rented there before and loved the location but this condo could use more stuff. Provide more beach stuff. I got a boogie board and left it because there wasn't one. More beach towels and a better ice chest.

Beautiful view

Photos are accurate, wonderful location, fully stocked condo. Waking up to the birds singing and watching the sun come up and go down was amazing! We actually could see whales breeching on the ocean from the condo! Julie was very attentive and responsive.
