Great unit, beautiful grounds, with an ocean view

This was the perfect unit for our family vacation. The unit itself had all the amenities we needed, especially the second shower for getting everyone cleaned up quickly. The view was beautiful, perhaps one of the best on the property, overlooking the pristine grounds, pool, and ocean. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, pool and spa, and the easy access to the beach. The property managers were great. We asked to extend our stay by 1 day and they quickly responded and approved our request.

Wonderful Vacation Rental Property

We stayed 17 nights and were completely happy with the unit for our stay. There were only 2 of us we found the unit very spacious compared to other Maui condos that we have stayed at. The kitchen has been updated and well stocked for your cooking needs. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Comfortable & Spacious

This unit was very comfortable. The king sized bed was comfortable as well as the furniture. Everything worked perfectly. The view from the lanai was wonderful to see the sunset. The unit was clean and had everything needed. Communication was excellent and it was easy to check in and out. The complex was great too! We used the gym and it was very nice. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The location of the unit was across the street from three beautiful beaches and many great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again.

Maui 2024

This is the second time we have stayed at the Kamaole Sands. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. Well equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella, and a full stocked kitchen, although it could use a few more piece of cutlery. The management company was easy to reach when we lost the wifi and quick to send someone over to rectify the problem. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Couldn’t be better.

We had a wonderful time. Clean, every amenity you needed, updated kitchen with all the things! Very responsive management company when we had one little issue it was fixed immediately. When I had a question they responded immediately. We had a great time and would highly recommend this management company and this unit! It looks like all the photos as well in real life. Mahalo

Love Kamaole Sands

Our stay here was wonderful… we really do love this location and this particular unit was perfect for our needs. Plenty of kitchen gadgets if you’re into preparing your own meals. Loved the use of beach chairs and beach umbrella. The WiFi was a little spotty especially if you’re trying to use it in the bedroom. Aside from that this was another perfect stay in Maui… Mahalo!

We had the best time and stay here! The condo was spotless and communication was so easy. The view from the Lanai was amazing!! The beach towels and chairs were perfect for us to be comfortable at the beach. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon and loved all the activities (hula dancers one afternoon, turtle talk in the morning). There is a sweet kitty on the property who also met us at the pool each afternoon which we loved!! There are some BBQ areas we didn’t utilize this trip but would in the future in a larger group. The kitchen is adequately stocked and included coffee, filters, peanut butter and some spices. We cooked breakfast a few morning and felt at home doing so. This was an excellent location in order to check out the South side beaches, Haleakala and road to Hana. We hope to stay here again in the future as we truly felt like we were in a home away from home!

Pool View Condo with a Peek of the Ocean

Kamaole Sands is located conveniently a street across a beautiful beach for swimming and within a 10 to 15 minute walk from restaurants and retail. The unit was spacious for our family of four and included all the necessary supplies and tools for comfortable living. The property itself seems a bit dated but grounds are very well kept. The downfalls included our checkin process as owner does not allow early checkin. We arrived early at airport on a long flight and attempted to check in at 1:00pm. but unit code was not activated until 4:00pm.; even though condo was ready to be used. Too many rules at the pool with a security at all times: no alcoholic beverages, no speakers, no balls, no blowups, no jumping. Master bedroom has a a manual portable ac unit which turns on and off all night. It is EXTREMELY DISRUPTIVE if you are a light sleeper but it keeps you cool.

Great condo in Kihei, Maui

This is a great condo in Kihei, Maui. It is very clean, modern and quiet. The communication from the property managers was fantastic. The complex has beautiful landscaping. The pool, hot tubs, grilling area and tennis courts are well maintained and very nice. This condo is within walking distance to the beach, plus close to restaurants, shopping, etc. I would recommend this condo if you are making a trip to Maui.

We absolutely loved our time in Maui!! So much to see and do on this beautiful island.

Kamaole Sands is such a beautiful complex!! The grounds were impeccable and well maintained and our unit was very clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent from the day we booked right through till departure and would definitely recommend!!! We hope to get the chance to return one day!

Beautiful Rental

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this rental. The rental was clean and well stocked with towels. There were not many spices or cooking oils, but that was an easy fix. We ended up extents our trip a couple of days, and the process was very easy. The only thing I would recommend is to have waterproof mattress covers on the beds. One of my boys spilled a cup of water on the pull out mattress and it was a bummer that the mattress got wet.
