This condo was great for a more affordable option than beachfront. Plenty of room for 2. Loved drinking coffee on the lanai. AC and fans helped cool us off after hours at several beaches nearby. The unit had 3 beach chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys and a boogie board. It also had a small cooler which was perfect for our beach days. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows. The kitchen has the basics for cooking meals. There was a nice welcome gift as well. The My Perfect Stay management communicated often and responded to my texts with requested information and advice. They even offer daily activities with one free. We had a great stay at this condo.

I loved the location, it’s close to many food trucks, beaches, and breweries. They also gave us complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board which we enjoyed. We had a parking spot and pans to cook our meals. Overall, a memorable experience :)

Wonderful return to Kihei

Laurie and Kimo's condo is such a comfortable base in Kihei. We stayed in their condo last year and enjoyed it so much that we booked it again this year! The condo itself is cozy, clean, and inviting. The bedroom was furnished with a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to store and prepare our snacks and treats. The the lanai was a great place to enjoy lunch and the beautiful Maui weather. The condo also had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer, which made packing and laundry a breeze. The new couch was very comfy and the a/c works wonderfully. We will be back to Maui again next year and this condo will be on the top of our list again!

Perfect Spot for a Small Family

We spent the last 2 days of our trip at a hotel and we missed being at the apartment! It was a perfect quiet location with great amenities and a very comfortable spot to stay for 5 nights. The host was very responsive when needed and instructions were great for check in and clean up. We were very happy with our stay. The only negative if you can call it that was the pull out couch bed must have had someone quite large sleep on it before we got there as the frame was very bent and difficult to push back into the couch when we were done. My kids were small so it didn't bother them that they weren't laying flat but an adult might find this an issue. The main bedroom was very comfortable and there are ample beach items to borrow for the beach in both closets. There is also a washer/dryer right in the space, I had originally thought it was just on the property but it was right as you walk in so that was a nice surprise.

Anniversary getaway

The condo is in a great location for restaurants, beaches, exploring the Island and all amenities. The condo grounds were kept immaculately by hard working staff. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. Because of limited space all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc.were kept in the bedroom closet which we found made it crowded for us to use. A storage box or locker would be ideal or possibly better organization. Overall a good vacation in a great location.

Stay on Maui

Fabulous location - beaches and shops in walking distance. We felt safe and our complex was very family oriented . Grounds were spotless and security was always making rounds. Our host was wonderful and very responsive - we will definitely be back!

Beautiful location

I loved this condo! It faces the beach area but it doesn’t have the beach view however if your up early, sitting on the patio and looking at the moon is beautiful. But it’s a five minute walk in front of the condo complex.Waking distance to 3 beaches and great location. AC in room works wonders. The living room is doable, but it’s not as cold as the room. But it’s still a great place to rent out!! I would definitely return to this unit

Cozy condo across from Kam 2

Laurie and Kimo's updated condo was a very cozy and convenient spot for our Maui getaway. The photos are accurate regarding the amenities- we really appreciated the new AC units in the living room and bedroom though we tended to use them at night. The assigned parking spot was easy to find and close to the building. Lovely stay - we would love to come back to this condo the next time we visit Maui.

Great location and beautiful property

Lovely spacious condo with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the building and grounds were well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only issues were the coffee maker(which looked brand new) was difficult to set because the timer mode was stuck at a certain time. There were no directions for changing the mode.The living room TV was difficult to work-despite the detailed direction left. It was not important however I rarely watch TV. Finally the clothes washer worked very well but was loud . The location was fantastic within walking distance to beautiful beaches, several restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful place I would recommend.

Our 3 week stay was absolutely wonderful! We hope to return soon and we will rent this condo again!

This very tidy one bedroom condo on the second floor facing the ocean was perfect for us! It is as described with no hidden negatives. A queen comfortable bed was a bonus! Laurie and her manager Kat were attentive to our requests and responded immediately. I asked for an air fryer to minimize cooking time and received it within days of our arrival! Kat came by and dropped off a few more household items she thought would be helpful. A lovely friendly lady! The walk to the beach with chairs on our backs was easy (even for us older folks!). We chose this area because there is less wind than further up the coast. Our highlights this trip were the Road to Hana tour (full loop) and Pearl Harbor. Both a must do if you can. Really enjoyed just relaxing on the deck also. Mahalo Laurie and Kat! We will be contacting you next trip which will hopefully be sooner than later. Aloha!

Awesome Kihei Stay!

The property was exactly what we expected based on listing and photos. Awesome beaches within walking distance and a nice property. Our teens enjoyed walking to nearby shops and for ice cream. The beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels were a great perk! We had our own snorkel equipment but the ones included looked great. We opted to grill/cook in most nights, enjoying our balcony. I always pack my own spice kit but there was salt and pepper and a well appointed kitchen with pans and cooking utensils. The grills on property are close by and nice! We did take in some of the great happy hour specials in the area for afternoon snacks and drinks. We would absolutely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

Superior condo. Beach across street better than expected - thought would have to go to 'better' beaches but no need. Turtles swimming near reef between Kamaole Beach II and III most days. This was more important than expected - harder to find parking near other beaches than anticipated, especially in West Maui, so having a great beach across the street really improved the experience. Well equipped - kitchen fully outfitted but we enjoyed local food trucks too much to take advantage of pots and pans, etc.! More beach gear than listed on VRBO to include mats, umbrella, everything needed for fun. Outstanding plantings on property grounds, friendly office check in and after hours security support a plus. Set back from road, generally quiet. Walking distance to Kihei shops, pleasant boardwalk just south in Wailea. Would stay again.

Great location - walking distance to Kam 3 beach park. Dedicated parking spot, clean condo with all the things you need plus extras like beach towels and boogie boards. We never made it to the pool (too busy at the beach and other sites), but it looked nice. Easy to communicate with owner. Ceiling fans and AC.

Great location

We stayed at this property for one night and loved the location. Kihei is one of our favorite spots where we always stay when we visit Maui. It’s a very clean property, cutely decorated, with a peaceful sitting area that has a little view of the ocean. Beautiful for sunsets. We had a little issue that was resolved quickly by the owner.
